"So the thing is, at first, I was a bit skeptical to allow an artificial human into my life. After all, it was only common knowledge that a machine was bound to eventually malfunction one thing or another, and I don't want to get used to his presence only to, later on, risked being affected by it once it disappeared. Besides, there was no guarantee that he would be helpful, to begin with.
