Before she could say anything else, William suddenly asked, “You don’t like the rabbit I made?” Layla: “…?” This snowball… was a rabbit? Under his watchful gaze, she forced herself to take a closer look. It was melting a little, but even before that… it didn’t really look like a rabbit. Struggling to find something to say, she finally blurted out, “It’s… really white.” William frowned. “Of course it’s white. It’s made of snow. That has nothing to do with my craftsmanship,” he thought to himself.

Inside, nestled between my clothes and the SpaceX snack bars, was… a creature. A small furry animal, about the size of a large rabbit—snow-white fur except for the black streak across its spine, huge round eyes like polished obsidian, and tiny crescent-shaped horns poking through the fluff on its head. Its paws were dainty. Its tail curled like a cloud. It was… adorable. Which immediately made me suspicious. It wasn’t eating the snacks in my bag. It was chewing—my bullets. “Uh… hey?” I said, pulling it gently out.

His beard scrapes against the curve of my ear, and I’m seconds from letting out a sound I’ll regret when I catch the tattoo artist staring intently at the far wall like it’s the most interesting thing he’s ever seen. “Stop it,” I whisper, swatting at his shoulder. “That’s ticklish.” His nose brushes my cheek, then he pulls just far enough to meet my eyes. “Do you know one special thing about bunnies?” “If this is going where I think it’s going—” “They have a very high reproductive drive.” “Knox.” “Come on,” he says, pulling me flush against him. “It’s just ten. What’s the big deal about having ten kids?”

A heavy snowfall last night blanketed the yard outside. I pulled back the thick blackout curtains and opened the window, letting sunlight and snow swirl into the room. I hadn't sensed Dad's wolf for a long time. Looking at him, I whispered, "Dad, you haven't enjoyed the fresh air for a long time, right? It's winter again, and it's snowing." My right hand wasn't as nimble as my left one yet, but I could manage basic movements just fine now. Thus, before I came in, I scooped up a handful of snow and shaped a little snow bunny.

She never did change. She placed one of the bunnies in his arms and cotton candy in his hand then she began walking to the Ferris wheel. Shawn looked at the bunny in his arm as he followed her. It was green in color. Smiling, he increased his steps and ate off the cotton candy. A sweet sensation rushed through him and as much as he tried to convince himself that it was the candy's doing, he knew that what gladdened him was the fact that Jade never forgot his favorite color.

The sensation stirred activity in her loins and tempted her to jump him. The couple returned to the home at Brynfield after delivering the eggs and poultry to Liberty. Mrs. Lane was home. She brought over the couple’s pets. She had been looking after the animals, and now she was back at Brynfield. The moment the door was opened, Snowball came running wagging its tail. Serenity was startled. At a closer look, she squatted and stroked Snowball’s head. She said to Zachary, “How did Snowball get so big?”

After much deliberation, she decided to name the bunny Snow because he was as white as snow. Snow lay comfortably in her hands and she couldn't help but giggle every time she stared at it. It was innocent and lovely. There was no best word to describe the happiness that she felt at that time. "Are you hungry?" Abigail asked, caressing the area below its neck. Bunnies needed food and she knew that she would need to feed him at one point or the other. She decided that she would go to the kitchen and find some fruits for it to eat.

He could never say no to her face. "Yes! I'm sure of it." She said with a determined look. It was her first time making a snowman and she was going to make sure it builds perfectly. "More passing over to bucket and less talking!" She yelled with anticipation. Ace narrows his eyes at her before doing so and bring the bucket of snow to her. "Here my princess, all the snow for you." He said sarcastically as he dumped the snow near her. "Thank you Bunny." She said , oblivious to his sarcasm.

"I w-want... a large blue house, with white s-shutters and a porch surrounding the entire house so we can chase our t-three little pups around and around in circles for hours. I want...a huge land, so we can shift and go on family runs, and... train our two beautiful girls, and our strong manly baby boy the ways of our kind. I want to be in the middle of no-where, so we have our privacy, and we... don't have to hide from the world for once in our life. And, I want a bunny rabbit named snuffles, because a c-cat just seems silly, and a dog seems too ironic." She laughed and cried out again at the pain. I flinched.

The sleeping Ember gave no response, but he continued speaking as though she could hear him. "Let me tell you a story. You used to love listening to my stories, didn't you, hmm?" Atlas lowered his gaze. His expression grew softer than ever before. "Once upon a time, there was a little rabbit in the forest. And one winter day, she built a small snowman outside her home. "The snowman had a round nose and a perpetually smiling face. "The little rabbit and the snowman quickly became the best of friends. They sang and danced together every day, and they were so happy.
