I caught Damian’s expression from the corner of my eye even if he was focused on his phone.
His brow drew together a little in interest.
Clearing my throat, I signaled Tracey to drop the topic, gesturing at him, and she pressed a finger against her lips.
"Oh... I could do with some milk pudding. Sprinkle it with chocolate chips and a glass of chocolate milk.”
Tracey chuckled,
“Oh girl, that’s too much chocolate and milk.”
Grinning sheepishly, I shrugged.
“A sick girl in bed can’t help it.”
She laughed, lightly poking the tip of my nose.
