Paperwork and Hearthbeats

Paperwork and Hearthbeats

“What are you thinking for the stormy aesthetic?” Harper asked curiously, holding up the deep winter swatches which include the colours: midnight, olive, expresso, silver, grey, charcoal, mocha, wine, brick red, ruby, Boysen berry, fuschia, magenta, mustard, honey, Ocea, dark green, forest, jungle, royal purple, mulberry, purple, royal blue, Aegean, and ceru lean. Knox snatched the swatches from her hand, spreading them across the desk like he was dealing a winning hand in a high-stakes game. His parrot green eyes darted over then, his lips moving silently as he processed each colour. “Stormy aesthetic,” he repeated, tasting the words. "Aye, it's got tae feel

Rejected By The Alpha, Claimed by His Billionaire Brother

Rejected By The Alpha, Claimed by His Billionaire Brother

--- That did it. Something inside Damien snapped. --- The air around him shifted. Violently. Not like Aria’s light. Not warm. Not golden. This was— Dark. Heavy. Crushing. --- Jay took a step back. “…okay, that’s new.” Liam didn’t move. But his voice dropped. “Damien.” No response. --- Damien’s eyes darkened. Not metaphorically. Literally. The color draining. Replaced by something deeper. Something ancient. ---

The Billionaire's Accidental Wife

The Billionaire's Accidental Wife

“She said to bring the black one.” “I did,” I replied, trying not to laugh. “But sweetheart, none of these are black.” She looked down at them again. “I know. But they look black,” she muttered defensively. “They do not look Black,” Dante corrected gently, walking to where she was and crouching down to her level. “This one is a dark shade of blue. This one is brown. This isn't black; it doesn't even look close to it. And this one…” he picked up the fallen bag, “is definitely not black.”

Sebastian's Obsession

Sebastian's Obsession

My skin prickled as my eyes scanned the space, searching for an answer that refused to come. Black and gray. Who paints a room in such dark, brooding shades? The walls loomed around me, their deep tones absorbing the dim glow of the moonlight filtering through the massive windows. It felt cold, almost suffocating, as if the room itself carried a heavy, untold story.

Mated To The Mafia Werewolves: The Alpha and Beta Wants me

Mated To The Mafia Werewolves: The Alpha and Beta Wants me

Her eyes wandered to Sandro's, and she realized his once beautiful sea-green orbs were starting to turn into a darker colour. It was different from the colour of the berserker wolf which was red with golden rings around it and the normal wolf which was black and flecked with gold. This was the blackest of black. A freaking vantablack and the more she stared at it, the more she felt it drawing her in. Thalia shook her head and bit her lower lips. “Sandro!” She shouted as he began to shift. “Get the fúck out of here!” He growled, straining against the chain restricting him.

A SECOND CHANCE FOR BULLIED LUNA

A SECOND CHANCE FOR BULLIED LUNA

Even by my standards, this is over the top but anything that helps in putting down Dominic is a win for me. The room is enveloped in a dark gray color scheme that reminds me of a moonless night sky, with a polished black marble floor that subtly shines in the light, reflecting the sleek silver legs of the conference table. At the far end of the room stands a proud bronze statue of a wolf, mounted on a black marble base with intricate details highlighted, from its sharp claws to its textured fur, everything screams power.

Enjoyable read, never once was tempted to skip to the end chapters and read it all the way through. Author has a definite talent despite some grammatical and language errors. Although, the description is a bit misleading as the dialogue snippet never happened in the story.

Great story loved it. Even though life might seem rough but life toughens you and gives you second chances. There is always light at the end of the tunnel Thank you so much for the great unique story.
