My skin prickled as my eyes scanned the space, searching for an answer that refused to come. Black and gray. Who paints a room in such dark, brooding shades? The walls loomed around me, their deep tones absorbing the dim glow of the moonlight filtering through the massive windows. It felt cold, almost suffocating, as if the room itself carried a heavy, untold story.

Her eyes wandered to Sandro's, and she realized his once beautiful sea-green orbs were starting to turn into a darker colour. It was different from the colour of the berserker wolf which was red with golden rings around it and the normal wolf which was black and flecked with gold. This was the blackest of black. A freaking vantablack and the more she stared at it, the more she felt it drawing her in. Thalia shook her head and bit her lower lips. “Sandro!” She shouted as he began to shift. “Get the fúck out of here!” He growled, straining against the chain restricting him.

Even by my standards, this is over the top but anything that helps in putting down Dominic is a win for me. The room is enveloped in a dark gray color scheme that reminds me of a moonless night sky, with a polished black marble floor that subtly shines in the light, reflecting the sleek silver legs of the conference table. At the far end of the room stands a proud bronze statue of a wolf, mounted on a black marble base with intricate details highlighted, from its sharp claws to its textured fur, everything screams power.

His supposed brown melts into crimson red. Holy shit.
