"I'll demand royalties a thousand times your salary at Alexander Group. Submit a formal proposal if you can afford it." "Just kill me, sir. Do you think I make that much from writing? I guess I'm too lowly to write their beautiful story." Why are there people like that on this earth? "How about you, sir, may I create a character like you?" 'A handsome mad tiger, a psychopath obsessed with his lady's wavy hair.' Kylie laughed inwardly. "You can pay me royalties a hundred times your salary." 'Just kill me, sir. It's no use talking to you.'

“Ms. Sullivan, have you changed your mind yet? We’re willing to raise the payment to five million dollars. Your father didn’t have much time left on earth anyway, given his cancer diagnosis. You’ll earn a lot of money if you accept this offer.” The Moore family had initially offered her one million dollars, and they had kept increasing the number, to the point where they were offering her five million dollars now. Penny hung up the phone and listened to Zach, who was not yet done speaking. “Tabitha’s aunt is a famous screenwriter, but her works are mostly slice-of-life shows. After divorcing Mr. Jordan, she got custody of the kids and left no property or possessions to his name. "She took ov

“It’s for really a lot of money.” “Oh yeah? How much?” “£350,000 to start with.” “What?” she bursts out. “Jesus, Star. That is incredible.” “I know. Peter says the US publishers will probably offer a similar sum.” “Oh. My. God. You are rich!” I laugh. “It is a lot, isn’t it?” “I’m so proud of you, Star. This is the best news I’ve heard for the last ten years.” “Thanks,” I say shyly.

she said. “Okay, that’s great to hear,” she said. “We offer 10,000 dollars for publishing your book and you will get 60% of the net revenue. So what do you say?” she said. “I want some time to think,” Ashley said. “Sure, I have sent you an email, but I didn’t get any response so that’s why I called you,” she said. It’s not enough to buy a pack, but it’s a start.” “It’s a huge start. Do you get to stay on as the lead writer if it goes to production?” Mason sighed. “Probably not. This means that I can't write here in W*****d for some time, years. I've said this before when I declined an offer about my stories to be a paid one, and I'm saying it again: I will not let my readers pay to read my books.
