Drip. At first I thought it was the leaky sink in the hallway. But the sound was coming from behind the wall above my head. I sat up slowly. The room smelled wrong. Like iron. Like rust. Then came the sound—squelch. Like something soft and wet being dragged along stone. A sickening line of red trickled down from the corner where wall met ceiling. Not water. Not ink. Blood. I blinked. It kept coming. Thick. Red. Fresh.

I winced in pain as I clung my hand to my stomach. Not able to hold it again, I stood up to make use of the toilet, but my leg failed me and I fell down. Rolling on the ground in pain with many passengers on my side trying to help me out, but nothing was just working. The pain just kept getting unbearable. “Blood!” I suddenly heard someone screaming, and I wondered where she saw blood. Raising my head up, I shifted my gaze down my lower part , and I saw blood streaming down my lap, and I couldn't believe what’s happening.

I bit my lip to keep from laughing. She cleared her throat and said tensely “the bed sheet… had quite a large circle on it, and then when I stood up it was dripping down on the floor but not like in a non stop flow, just a few drops every few seconds. It’s still bleeding until now, you can say like on a third day of a period kind of bleeding” She nodded her head firmly and asked “And you’re sure it’s not your period starting right?” “Yes, I’m sure” “I need to examine your cervix, to give you a definitive answer”

Now there was way too much of it, more than she had ever seen come out of anyone. The dark blood had soaked completely through the duvet that was underneath him, staining the expensive fabric and turning the green color almost completely black in some places. There was even a dark pool of the stuff that had gathered right under his head where it kept dripping out of his mouth every time he coughed or tried to speak. The smell of it was horrible too, like something had gone rotten inside his body.

Blood splashes everywhere as it exits him, hitting the inside of the loo that I only see now is already filled with blood.

Belinda asked after Anna told her the problem. "This morning. I finished throwing up, and when I went to the bathroom, I saw blood," Anna answered pretty quickly. I sat on the toilet and a sharp pain hit my lower stomach and I grincd in pain, holding onto my stomach and bending forward. I exhaled deeply and I felt a large lump ooze of my vagina. I put my finger on the tip of my urethra and I took it out, hopping that it was not what I was thinking. I took my finger out and a line of blood came out with it and I hissed out loud, biting my lips very hard.
