I also somehow found a way to read it in my previous life without him noticing. Short to long, the book states some of the most important aspects of vampires' lives. Vampires are immortal night creatures that feed on human blood. Since forever, vampires were known for subducting and then hypnotizing their human victims before feeding on their blood. They can consume human's normal food, but still, they need blood to feed on. They have superpowers and high speed, high senses that allow them to see, hear, smell, and taste better than any other normal human being.
