Expiration Dates Book Novels & Stories

Zezi looked at the cover, it was just a black hardcover with 'Time of Darkness' written in a large zig-zag red font. "What is the book about?" "History." Delice shrugged while she picked a book off the shelves, putting another in its place. Wasn't that like, going to mess up the order of the books? She had bigger things to worry about right now though. "How long ago? A hundred years? Two years? A thousand?" "10 years ago was the end of the datk times. It lasted more than that though." With a book in her hand, she started swaying to an empty seat by the window side.

I have set the dealine for the rest of the book to be complete and out to you all at June 6th 2022, if not before. I am sorry for the slow updates on the book and realise that my personal circumstances don't seem to do well with the serialised expectations at this time. I hope that it will be something that I can account for before I release the next book. Thank you for your understanding

CHAPTER 1 — THE LATE RETURN I really shouldn’t have been there after closing time. The sign on the door already read “Closed” in elegant gold letters, and the lights inside Marcus Vale’s bookstore were dimmed to that soft amber glow he always left on for the night. I stood outside for a full minute, debating whether to just slip the book through the mail slot and run. But the book was rare — a 1923 first edition of The Great Gatsby with handwritten notes in the margins, and I couldn’t risk damaging it.

My apologies but until March 3rd I won't be able to provide any update and will try my best to finish this book before this month ends. Until then keep supporting share it with your friends and share/comment your thoughts on this book. Thank You & Enjoy Reading!!!

Book 3: Choosing Fate (Saph's Story)- Coming Winter of 2023 Consider engaging with me in places such as the Book of Faces and/or The Gram of Instant Gratification ;) Thank you, readers, my Gems. You continue to provide me with motivation and eagerness to tell these stories!

“Fine. I’ll confirm it myself.” With that, I spend all afternoon trying to look for a book that might contain some information about second-chance mates. Unfortunately, all the books I find about mates and mating don’t have it. At least until I encounter the oldest book. It has no date. The pages are worn and brittle, but the words there are clear, even though it’s just a brief mention of the subject.

His eyes darted toward me in panic. Alisa, however, scoffed and typed again. [What are you so scared of? Your wife’s blind. What’s she gonna see?] His breath hitched. His Adam’s apple bobbed as he struggled to keep calm. Then, like a man who’d just given up, he let out a deep sigh. “Babe, can you hand me the box of cigarettes on the nightstand?” That cigarette box he mentioned was clearly labeled: Durex Ultra-Thin—Bare Feel.

The keeping continues. He wrote the date: February 12th, twelfth year. He wrote the time: 10:37 a.m. He looked at Don, who was still sitting at the kitchen table, still looking at the book. The box was open. The other eleven copies were still inside. The bread Wednesday was two weeks away. The other Wednesday had become the day the book arrived.

“Since you’re back, are you going to pick the next book?” I blinked. “Me?” “Of course,” she said, smiling. “You’ve been gone. You deserve the honor.” Everyone nodded expectantly. I looked down at the stack of books on the table, my fingers brushing across their covers. My hand paused on a novel about love, identity and societal expectations. This book will give them a glimpse of what I passed through during my absence. I smiled softly. “How about this one?” Brent groaned. “Oh no, not another depressing tragedy. Can’t we read something with a hopeful romance?”
