Curiously, Ferox did not point towards his eyes but towards the center of his forehead. A small part of his forehead then started to tear vertically. An eye started to emerge and slowly opened, the third eyelid opened after, revealing an eye with an X-shaped pupil. Different from Ferox's main eyes, this eye was not crimson, the pupil was deep black, the darkest black you could imagine, the iris was yellow or golden with large holes like those of a pumice stone. I could hardly breathe as I started at the eye. The X-shaped pupil was pulling me inside of it, I could feel the sensation of falling as my surrounding started to darken.
