I saw Freddy, the man who had introduced me to the place, and wondered Was he Roxies protector now? Freddy was a very handsome man, Id give him that, and hed never had problems with women. Those brown puppy dog eyes and blond hair kept the ladies on a leash, begging to take care of him. I, on the other hand, had black hair, dark gray eyes and was so tall and broad women often found me intimidating. If the broadness had been fat, it might have softened my appearance a bit, but every inch of me was covered in muscle. I worked hard to maintain my health, and I didnt allow an ounce of fat to form on me.

“I’m not that interested in swimming, but since it’s an excuse to see you naked, I’m game.” “Harr-harr,” I roll my eyes at him, and Freddy laughs, easily pulling me up with him. He is very gentle with me, sort of like an oversized, blonde puppy. He is actually taller than Lucas, but not quite as swole. Freddy is more cut. I grab the hem of my jeans. “Promise not to get inside my head even when I’m without my vervain.” He places his hand on his chest with a smile, and I try not to check out his abs. “I promise not to read your mind...now, will you please undress?”

I take a deep breath in before I knock my knuckles against the window three times, letting him know I’m ready to exit the car. Sebastian swiftly turns around, opening my door and ushering me safely out of the car. The fans go crazy, their screams meshing together in one ear-piercing sound. I fall in step with Sebastian, walking one beat behind him as he directs us toward the door. “Nash!” “Can I have your autograph?” “Oh my god, it’s him!” The fans are excruciatingly loud. I try to aim a smile in the direction of the noise but cameras flash in my face, so I stare at my feet, trying to hide behind my sunglasses and hat.

“Whatever you decide, be happy. Only your happiness.” “I don’t know…” “And I will be here,” Freddy interrupted my confusion. “I will be here to help beat his ass if you decide to break up with him.” Strangely, his words made me happy. “And if I decide to keep him?” “Well..” He lifted my face to look at me. “I will still beat his ass for daring to make you cry.” The pleasant man suddenly coughed at my Goliath friend with Samson’s strength. “Did you say something, sir?” Frederick eyed him rigorously, making me laugh amidst my tears. “Bring it on, huh?"

Freddy orders me like a lord. "I do not drink. I have told you. You drink yourself and I will go." I pull the door hard but I cannot open it. "Freddy, what do you want to do? Let me out!" I shout at Freddy. "I asked you to come and drink with me!" His eyes are like a beast's eyes, yellow and bright.

“He has no reason to lie. Unless Gregory sent him to distract us.” It was my turn to growl. I hated to even have someone think I was on that monster’s side. “I am not his pawn. I want to see him burn.” Frederick stared at me, unreadable. Behind him, the rogues tensed–just waiting for a signal. I kept my cool. One of the rogues whispered something to Frederick and then he smiled. Frederick and the rogues around us sprayed themselves with something before you threw the bottle at me.

I just dropped the bag I was carrying on the floor and I was the one who removed the guitar hanging behind him. I was staring at him and so was he. "Do you really see me now?" His breathing was fast and shallow, intently staring at me. "This is a miracle," I murmured, the pad of my thumb touching the piercing on his soft lips and my gaze memorizing every feature of his face. "I don't know what happened. But I just suddenly saw you. I see you, my Rockstar." I heard the bedroom door click after Rupert closed it. He slowly approached the bed and lowered me there. Then, he was quick to strip off his clothes and I watched him hungrily.

“Now I finally understand why I'm still single until now.” Alex’s jaw tightened immediately. Freddy noticed and smirked. “Oh relax,” he said lazily. “I came peacefully tonight.” Alex laughed dryly. “That sentence sounds illegal coming from you.” Freddy ignored him completely.His eyes stayed on me, dangerously focused. “You look beautiful tonight, Khira. I know you would have heard of that.” My throat suddenly felt dry. “Thank you,” I answered softly. Then Freddy tilted his head slightly. “But honestly…”

Freddie responded with equal ferocity, thrusting his hips slightly, groaning deep. Meanwhile, April’s face twisted, and her jaw clenched slightly as she tried to look away, but just couldn’t. Freddie, on the other hand, couldn’t get enough of Cindy. He gripped her by the waist, lifting her slightly before twisting her around until her ass pressed back against him. Cindy’s head fell back, a raw cry ripping from her throat.

"I'm too heavily injured to get up—" Rocky froze halfway through his sentence. He looked down, and saw that all his wounds had miraculously healed. "Mr. Lester, w-what happened?" Rocky was stunned. Frederick rolled his eyes. "I saved you, of course. You idiot. If you keep yelling, everyone will know you're here!" Rocky could never get rid of his bad habit of being loud. "Mr. Lester, you're an angel!" Rocky exclaimed before rising from the ground. "Tell me what happened." Frederick shook his head.
