The dock was chaos, gunfire deafening, my men cutting through, their training unmatched.
I spotted Rico and Diego, the bastards from the footage, their faces smug no more, their eyes wide with fear as they fired from behind a stack of barrels. I sheathed my Glock, drew my katana, its blade singing as I charged, bullets whizzing past. Rico swung his rifle, but I was faster, my blade slashing his arm, blood arcing, his scream piercing. Diego lunged, a knife in hand, but I sidestepped, my katana slicing his thigh, then his chest, his body collapsing, blood pooling.
Rico scrambled, begging, “Please, Reaper, we didn’t know!”
