The Yellow Heifer pub in Newry was quiet on a rainy Thursday night. Soft Irish folk music played in the background, the warm amber lighting casting a golden glow over dark wood and leather booths. The air smelled of Guinness, peat fire, and faint rain drifting in from the open door.

My younger sister did actually comment on them, “There’s looking nice, Claire, and looking obvious." My response, “Well, I will get served quickly at the bar!” So we got to Nottingham, the weather was mild, light rain, and we ended up in the town centre, Witherspoon, off a square, classy, and we were having a nice chatty night, with no men, no parents and no children in tow, (my eldest sister has three and they were young then).
