Married at First Sight

Married at First Sight

“No one knows how much pressure I’m under. Everything I do gets compared to you all. It was the same when I was studying. Even my teachers had taught you all. “If my grades were even slightly worse, people would point it out, saying my brothers were so excellent, so why was I so stupid? It pushed me to study hard. Luckily, I had some talent for academics and maintained good results. “I followed in all your footsteps the whole way, attending the same schools you all did, so people wouldn’t say I was inferior or that I brought shame to the York family.” Alex smiled. “I understand. Maybe all of us, except Zachary, have felt the same way at some point.” Zachary had no one to be compared to. He w

Leading My Family to Glory

He answered her solemnly, “I’m not boasting. I’ve always been serious.” “But why did you make me enter into the competition of securing a spot in the city center? This is an impossible task. Or were you thinking that I haven’t been ridiculed enough by them?” Winifred was extremely upset. All these years, her spine had been broken, and she could never get back up. The sense of inferiority and cowardice had rooted deeply inside her heart.

Midnight Feast

“I was a fool but please give me more chance to prove myself useful to you.” ‘It was indeed true that when your expectation was too high and later you found out that you’re didn’t and wouldn’t fit the bill, you’d feel awful as your spirit kept getting dragged down by your negative thoughts fueled by inferiority. What a shame,’ Layla thought as she waited for her master’s reply.

ATTENTION: Chapter 39 was uploaded twice. I'm sorry about this, just noticed it. I contacted an editor to remove the duplicate chapter. To avoid unlocking the same content, kindly check the chapter title. If you already read Chapter 39, don't proceed yet unless the next chapter states Chapter 40.

The book is well written and very interesting! However, keep in mind there is no happy ending for now. According to the author, there will be a sequel with a happy end, but it is still not in the app, hopefully soon. Personally, I can't wait about it.

So even if Emory really was overweight as Opal tried to imply, if she had a snaggletooth and beady eyes, body odor and excessive mucus issues, Opal would see her as a potential rival. And Opal loves the energy a rivalry brings her. She thinks it puts her in her element, that it makes her seem more powerful as she uses what she would refer to as wit to poke and jab at her enemy. It’s nothing but bullying, and for Opal, it tends to work because there are few with the same station that she holds. Those beneath her feel subservient already, and her chiding just makes it worse.

Reincarnation of my competitive spirit

Reincarnation of my competitive spirit

This enjoyment occurs because of your over-perception of your own lowliness, the feeling that you have reached the limit and that it is so awesome, However, it cannot be otherwise, and that you cannot escape from it, and that you cannot either to be a different person, And that even if you have some faith and plenty of time to become another human being, you don't You want it, and even if you wanted to, you wouldn't do any of it, because there might not actually be that look you want to be. The most horrific thing is that all of this is in agreement with the basic laws of nature, which distinguish severe cognition, including inertia (self-continuity) which is a direct consequence of that fir

Chaitali: The Saga begins

Chaitali: The Saga begins

She had always been this perfect portrayal in the pack—lovely, charming, and flawless that everyone wanted to connect with, whereas I was the clumsy, reckless, and brainy wolf who’d find solace in seclusion. Arin is the well-mannered persona that overwhelmed me with her wits. I have always been pressured to keep up with her. It was the fatigue that had surfaced. She makes me reflect on my actions—in a way, makes me feel amiss. I did not realise I’d developed an inferiority complex in her ameliorate till the time her first imperfection surfaced at Shaach-eero. I squeeze my eyes and massage my jawline at the recollection of the slap with a long sigh. If only I can go back and stop myself...

He gave a glance at Hope. "Interesting, it may even be desirable that we do not associate, our opinions are far too divergent. I believe that the strong isn't the one who considers himself strong, nor the one who, by modesty, says that he has a lot to learn. The strong doesn't talk about his power because his only rival is the one stronger than himself, he doesn't think that he has a lot to learn, not because it's common nature but because he knows his own weaknesses, but he knows his worth." "... So you're saying that I'm not strong enough?"

A Second Chance with My Husband in the Past

“You may think you’re above everyone else, but I won’t let you treat me like I’m beneath you.” His jaw tightened, and for a moment, I thought he might lose control. But I wasn’t going to back down. I had spent too long feeling inferior, and I was done with it. “Why do you always have to act superior?” I challenged, crossing my arms defiantly. “It’s exhausting, Howard. You need to get over yourself.” As I spoke, I could see his expression shift.
