Jacks And Evangeline Novels & Stories

Jackie’s POV “Evangeline, please.” I laughed at the way Matt had spoken. He was so down bad for Evangeline who gave him an incredulous look. I watched him wrap his arms around her waist and put his face in her neck. I could see that Evangeline was blushing from his touch, and it made me happy for her. At least, Matt has become a new man and no longer the person he was, plus, he made her happy even though she still played hard to get. I shipped them so hard. The day they announced that they were dating, I would rejoice.

Jack was conflicted these days. He couldn’t get a hold of his feelings. He wanted to move on from the horrible past that always brought tears and pain to him. He wanted to cut all ties that bound him with the nightmare. But... There was a rope that was holding two people. Evan Charles - Stephen. And it wasn’t easy to break it apart. His heart had started to open for Nine. As a friend, a good company. And to top it, Evan was so comfortable with him that sometimes he would spend time with Nine when Jack was busy in his meetings. Nine was also so fond of Evan like his own son.

No wonder Evan was so smitten with Nina. "Believe me, Jack is the loyal type. Once he loves someone, he truly pours all his attention into that person. He’ll only stop if that person is truly out of reach, or if they reject him. You know he was far more devastated when you left him than when Claire married someone else." Elena’s face felt hot. She turned her head away to hide her blushing face. Of course, her heart was racing wildly. “Never mind. Just assume he’s really busy. You know Portland is in chaos right now,” Nina said soothingly.
