Because Mr Young pulled me back by my wrist and without missing a beat, grabbed my hips and placed me on the counter - like I weighed a feather. He was standing too close for my liking, I had never seen him up this close. I could see everything, his dark long eyelashes that connected to his eyelid or the way his eye colour seemed lighter and fuller.
