I believe that we are whom we choose to be. Nobody is going to give you anything. You have got to go out and fight for it. Nobody knows what you want, expect you, and nobody will be as sorry as you if you don't get it. Nobody has the power to shatter your dreams, but you. So do I believe that I should give up on my dream?

“Yet? So we still have a shot with you. That’s all we need. Buy a new house. But know that we will never give up on you, not ever.” A glimmer of hope flutters in my heart at the thought. And I’m telling you not to. The words are on the top of my tongue, pleading to be said. To be shouted. But I don’t. Not yet. I need to be sure of them, of us, before anything else.

I need to be careful not to let those small sweet moments he shows me turn into hope for more. Hope only brings disappointment. Out of all things I’ve learned in my life, this one has been the truest. As a kid, I hoped for a new family when my current one was just another nightmare. I hoped a loving family would adopt me and I would be able to be happy. Those hopes led to nothing. All I got were memories I want to forget. Memories that were brought up again by seeing two people who stared in them for too long. Another thing I had hoped for was that someone would find out what they were doing and never let them near a child again. That clearly never happened and now they took things too far.

If you expect anything or put you hope on something, It always has a way of going wrong. The best thing to do is not to hope for anything even if you think it will happen. I don't know. I just feel like I'm going to end up ruining this good thing we have going on. And because of that, I don't like to think too much about the future. I don’t want to get disappointed. Sukoon life is not always giving you red roses it will give you some difficulties also. Life is a beautiful journey filled with ups and downs, twists and turns. It can be challenging at times, but that is what makes it worth living. Every experience, whether good or bad, teaches us something invaluable. It helps us grow, learn and become the best version of ourselves. So, never give up on pursuing your dreams and passions, remember that what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. Stay positive, stay motivated, and never let anyone dull your sparkle. Life is precious, and every moment counts. Live it to the fullest!
