I set down my tweezers, picked up my croissant and took a bite, the flaky pastry crumbling without much effort. "Thank you, Steven. You've become much better at praising me than yesterday!" His azure eyes lit up and he nodded enthusiastically, not realizing that I was teasing him. From under his arm, he pulled out the newest edition of an international business magazine. Flipping to a specific page, he offered it to me, visibly excited.

He laughed, caressing his face and shook his head no. “It’s a light realm. We are walking towards Nirvana.” I got confused listening to him. I looked around. There was no one seen beside us, nor day sat, nor we went out of energy by constantly loving each other nor felt hungry. It was really just me, my Rowan, and this beautiful atmosphere. It’s the definition of heaven for me. “What do you mean if I want?” Rowan held my hand and pulled me under the tree, making me sit over him.

Evelyn said, getting up. Without many better options I did as she said. The more I looked around the room it was just bizarre. I felt oddly calm and relaxed. Right now I should be freaking out more than I ever had in my life. But I just didn’t truly feel the weight of it all right now. “Here we go,” she said, handing me a booklet. “The Sky Light, a haven right here on Earth.” I flipped through the pages to see magnificent waterfalls, mountains and streams. Valleys with green pastures and animals all around.

I rested my head against his chest, feeling the steady rhythm of his heartbeat against my cheek. Just then, Heaven, entered the kitchen, her eyes still heavy with sleep. She looked up at us with a mix of curiosity and innocence, sensing the anticipation in the air. "Good morning, Mommy and Daddy," she said, her voice filled with excitement. "Are we going today?" I crouched down to her level, my heart swelling with love. "Yes, sweetheart, we're going on a special trip. Mommy and Daddy are going to the Maldives." Heaven's eyes widened, a look of wonder crossing her face. "Wow! Can I come too?"
