Athena

Athena

He got up from her body and sat on his knees, both on either side of her body. He looked divine, but not like Zeus, but like Hades like there was darkness in his body and soul. A strike of thunder shone through the room, illuminating his body, and now he looked like the Norse gods, so beautiful and dangerous. She had always been afraid of thunder, for she didn’t have parents to hug her to sleep when she was scared, but this thunder didn’t scare her as she was in the presence of more terrifying horror. HIM. A sound brought her attention back; he pulled the string of his sweatpants and tied her wrists to the headboard. “Don’t, please, anything but this,” she joined her hands on the headboard.

Descendant of the moon goddess.

Descendant of the moon goddess.

Jayden whispers in shock. My head is pounding and I feel dizzy. Tara is Keturah, the moon goddess. The woman who has been helping me all this while is the moon goddess? I always knew she was different, but it never occurred to me. “Keturah, blessed goddess, mother of our kind, it's an honour to have you in our midst”, Kreed says, going one knee. Everybody in the room does the same including, Jayden. I keep sitting, trying my best to see through the tears that have clouded my vision.

Asterion

Asterion

I sighed, rubbing a hand over my face. He cocked his head, looking at me strangely. “What?” I asked. “Why did you say it like that? You put Poseidon above Zeus. No one does that. Zeus is the King of the Gods. He is placed above all.” he explained. “I exist because of Poseidon. He is the one that gifted the bull who would sire me to Minos. He is the one that cursed my mother with lust for the bull after Minos angered him. So it is the God of the Sea who set into motion my creation.” I explained.

Such an interesting & sweet twist to the Minotaur's story. Loved it! Asterion was so well depicted & emotionally drawn. The ending & epilogues were just so heart touching. I was very moved by the ending. Thanks for a very lovely, moving story.

Pheonix suggested and everyone turned to look at him. “Who is the Lord of the revival” Valerie asked quite confused by the name. “Well then, why don’t you all settle down and listen to this ancient tale of the lord of the revival’s adventure” Pheonix announced. “Theseus, great hero of Attic legend, son of Aegeus, king of Athens, and Aethra, daughter of Pittheus, king of Troezen in Argolis, or of the sea god, Poseidon, and Aethra. Legend relates that Aegeus, being childless, was allowed by Pittheus to have a child Theseus by Aethra. When Theseus reached manhood, Aethra sent him to Athens. On the journey he encountered many adventures. At the Isthmus of Corinth he killed Sinis, called the Pine

The Last Female Dragon

I look towards Lily and she nods her head at me, “yes, let’s go.” The four of us made our way to my office in silence, nobody said a word. As my office door closed Jason blurted out, "Midnight killed Hades and is the rightful ruler of the underworld!” “What?” I say, unsure of what I just heard. “It’s- it’s true,” Midnight says quietly, “I held the sword of Demoirta in my hands… and I killed him with it.” I hear Lily gasps slightly before she pulls Midnight into her arms.

"I'm so worried, Elle. You know that Ivy is—she was once a weak woman, and it's only natural that I worry about her now." "Yes, she was once a weak and naive woman, but you already know how strong she is; she has become a powerful woman who has also mastered the magic and abilities passed down to her from Poseidon, Max. You know Poseidon, right? He is the god who rules the ocean. So don't ever doubt her, okay?" Mirielle was about to end the conversation, but Max again stopped her. "Elle, wait! What about the twins? Are they okay?"

The Hunt for Shawna and Trixie

The Hunt for Shawna and Trixie

Mina said shaking her head. “She's actually a very important person to the King of Kings and the Gods. She is the Goddess who carries messages from heaven to earth using the rainbow as a bridge between worlds. She had two sons, who I can only assume one of those sons is your father. She was the beacon of light to the gods, she was also the goddess who carried the water from the River Styx that the gods drank when they came before the King of Kings.

The sun dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows across the grand temple square as the imposing figure of King Gaius ascended the flight of stairs. Alcides, though battered and bound, felt a surge of mixed emotions at the sight of Gaius. His eyes widened with a mix of fear, admiration, and curiosity. The legends he had heard in the ludus, the stories passed down through generations, all seemed to converge into the reality standing before him. King Gaius, a figure of mythical proportions, now graced the soil of Thrace.

?" Again she stopped and turned to Amaris for her answer. Amaris nodded this time still waiting for Anna to get to the point. "Christos said that those three gods were Apollo, Selene, and Tyche. Correct?" Anna was just giving Amaris more of a dramatic pause this time, so Amaris did not even bother to answer or acknowlede Anna. Anna was pacing some more with her arms folded and one hand to her chin as she walked. "Now, follow me here, Andreas told us about some of the different gods when we were in the car. He told us about the Titans, and Zeus. He told us about some of the other big name gods like Hera, and Aphrodite. Children of the Titans, and then he started telling us about the

The Un-Stereotypical Life of A Prince and A Heiress

"Be careful, Ria." Cryx and I, and the others have our own codes basing on Greek and Roman Mythology. Right now, I based it on the glory of Greece, the Illiad by Homer. The Battle between the Acaeans (Greeks) and the Trojans. During their conquer of Chryse, a town allied with Troy, the Greeks captured Chryseis and Briseis. Agamemnon took Chryseis as his crowning glory while Achilles took Briseis. When Chryseis' father learned of this, he offered a magnanimous sacrifice to the god Apollo for his daughter's safe return. Agamemnon then conspired to take Briseis away from Achilles and offer her as remuneration. This will allow Cryx to decipher that there is danger nearby and they plan to take Br
