The Afterglow of Us

The Afterglow of Us

Liam Chase and I were legendary in Celandre City—the most infamous enemies ever bound by marriage. He hated me for being shameless, convinced I'd schemed my way into becoming his wife. I despised him for playing the celibate knight for Alexa Conley and treating me coldly. In eight years of marriage, his most frequent words to me were, "Get out." Then the flood came. The man who'd never spared me a single kindness shoved me onto the last lifeboat. Over the roaring water, he shouted, "Don't look back! Go! Khloe, my debt to you is paid. In the next life, I belong only to Alexa." I lunged for him, but someone wrenched me back. I could only watch as the water swallowed Liam whole. When rescue teams finally came, they found his body bloated, his fingers locked around Alexa's pendant in a grip no one could break. Afterward, I sold everything we owned, donated it all to the disaster relief, and jumped off a building. But when I opened my eyes, I was back… on the night Liam got drugged.

Revenge in HundredFold and an Alpha Commander

Revenge in HundredFold and an Alpha Commander

Ninety-nine lashes. That was the price of loving the Alpha’s son. Bettoni Williams gave everything to Ardon. Her heart. Her trust. Her dignity. In return, he accused her of witchcraft, stripped her of her rank, and watched as she was whipped ninety-nine times in the public square. Broken, disowned, and demoted to a Gamma, Bettoni swore she would never trust a royal again. She planned to rot in the slums, to remain invisible and forgotten. But fate, and a bored Alpha Commander, had other plans. When the kingdom's most feared war hero, Commander Zachery, returns home, Alpha Jaceon fills the grand hall with silk-dressed noblewomen and forces him to choose a wife before the blood moon or lose everything he has. Annoyed, Zachery slips out the back. Bettoni, hiding from the feast in a dark alley, stumbles upon him in a moment that would make any sensible woman run. She doesn't run, but calls him a wild animal to his face, and this only makes him immediately obsessed with her. He drags her into the feast by the wrist, declaring; "You're going to be my Commandress tonight." Now, Bettoni is trapped in a marriage with a brute who collects wives like trading cards. Zachery is uncouth, violent, and dangerously seductive. He treats the palace like a playground and his brother, the King, like a joke. Bettoni intends to use this monster to climb back to the top and destroy the family that ruined her. But Zachery is not a ladder. He is a cliff. And he has no intention of letting his new sweetheart go. Revenge is a dish best served cold. The Ice Alpha’s Mate

The Ice Alpha’s Mate

“You belong to me, Aria,” he growls, his nose brushing against mine. “The harder you push me away, the deeper I fall into this madness of wanting you.” “You don’t even want a mate!” I remind him, hating how small my voice sounds, and how my body sings whenever he’s this close. His breath brushes against my lips. “You’re right. I don’t. But I burn for you, Aria, and I don’t think I’ll make it through the season without tasting what’s mine.” ***** They call Ryder Drexel the Ice King of Ironclaw University, captain of the undefeated Iron Wolves, cold-blooded on the rink and untouchable off it. He doesn’t do distractions. He doesn’t do relationships. Until her. Aria Murdock is the opposite. She’s an invisible scholarship student hiding secrets that she’s spent her entire life hiding—she’s a wolf who can’t shift in a world where wolves like her are called runts and are mercilessly killed to be rid of their weak bloodline. But when an accident reveals her true scent, Ryder’s world fractures. She’s a walking death sentence. Someone undesirable to most. Off-limits because of her low rank and bloodline. And she’s his mate. Now, the Alpha heir has a choice. He can either reject the bond, or risk everything to claim her. The problem? Claiming her means breaking every rule and starting a war within his own pack. It also means revealing who Aria truly is, and she’s so much more than a runt. They’re enemies by nature, but bound by instinct and fate. In a world where packs, rules, and reputations reign, claiming her might just cost him everything, especially his heart.

The Kings Omega

The Kings Omega

In a kingdom where power is everything and bloodlines determine destiny, love is the most dangerous rebellion of all. For years, King Kaelen Varek has ruled the united Lycan packs with unshakable strength. Bound by duty and tradition, he is expected to choose a mate of noble Alpha lineage—someone worthy of the throne, someone who will solidify alliances and secure the future of his dynasty. The Council of Elders grows impatient. The packs whisper. A king without a queen is a kingdom on the brink. But fate does not bow to politics. Flora has spent her life invisible. An omega of the lowest rank, she knows her place—quiet service, lowered eyes, and survival in the shadows. When she takes her sick sister’s place working in the Royal Castle, she expects nothing more than a month of hard labor and humiliation. The palace is no place for someone like her. Then she collides—literally—with the Lycan King. One breath. One scent. One impossible truth. The Moon Goddess has chosen. Kaelen’s mate is not a powerful Alpha. Not a noble daughter. She is an omega. What should be sacred becomes scandalous. What should be celebrated becomes forbidden. The bond between them threatens centuries of rigid hierarchy. To accept Flora as his queen could fracture the kingdom. To reject her would shatter both their souls. As enemies circle the throne and whispers of betrayal grow louder, Kaelen must choose between the crown he was born to wear and the mate destiny placed in his arms. And Flora—timid, underestimated, stronger than anyone knows—must decide whether she is willing to stand beside a king in a world that insists she kneel. In a realm ruled by dominance and tradition, the greatest revolution may be a love no one saw coming.

The Two Kings and the Lost Elder

The Two Kings and the Lost Elder

“Little dragon, you smell so good! Your blood is the best thing I've ever tasted! It calls to me like a siren’s song.” Ezra said before running his tongue along the Omega’s neck. The Omega’s back arched, and he gripped Ezra tighter while sucking a breath in. “You don't know how badly I want more of you—your blood, your cries of pleasure, your all!” Ezra said, and the Omega whimpered as he pulled the king closer. ~ Werewolves, Vampires, Dragons, Kings, and mates in an Omegaverse world. In a small part of Michigan it’s a world filled with love and understanding, equality; a safe haven. A world where mates are loved and cherished, no matter their rank or species. But in this world of love, there is also darkness, extreme darkness, for not everyone is good. True evil exists outside these packs. It's hell on Earth for those unfortunate souls caught in their world. Two kings were born from the same parents but destined to rule different species. The Alpha King and the Vampire King's bloodlines run through the two brothers. Both Kings seem to be fighting an endless battle of corruption among their kind. Together, they fight to find someone who is like family to them: Nadja, the ancient vampire Elder who was taken ten years ago. As they search for Nadja, they find so much more. Love, broken souls, an enemy bigger than they imagined, and a power within themselves greater than any King before are all at work as the two kings search for the lost elder.

This also allows the Werewolf King to see what is happening to his people and take action to correct it. While this book is still in progress, and I am not aware of where she will take this. It would, in my opinion, benefit the werewolves to have a king and higherarchy with regulations set in place.

This is a great book!!! I love the storyline & the depth of the characters. I've read all Abigail's books but this could be read on its own. I really love seeing characters grow and mature, find their mates, help them thru trauma. I am excited to read this book everyday, its a highlight of my day!

He Hunts, I Haunt

He Hunts, I Haunt

My boyfriend, Victor Pearson, was ranked number one in the world in horror games. Meanwhile, I was secretly working part-time as a monster NPC inside one of those dungeons. Every dungeon he cleared was SSS rank, whereas the one I worked in was the beginner level. We were never supposed to run into each other… until he nearly wiped out all the monsters in an SSS dungeon. The system pulled me in at the last second as emergency backup. When I tried to scare players with my awful acting, the live chat tore me apart. [Hahaha, since when did the monsters in this dungeon get so cowardly? She’s supposed to scare us, but we actually scared her instead.] [This is next-level dumb. Getting lost in a dungeon is embarrassing. Is this monster here for comic relief?] [Poor thing. She'd better hide. Anyone else might let her go, but if she runs into Big V, she's dead before she knows it.] [Come on. Big V only hunts the nastiest bosses. He wouldn’t even bother with trash like that. She would probably scare herself to death first.] I did everything I could to avoid Victor, to keep him from realizing I was the monster working there. But somehow, I stumbled right into him anyway. The chat exploded, waiting for my instant death. After all, he was a legend on the leaderboards, a god among players. But instead of killing me, he bent down and gently pinched my cheek. "Hey, babe. How many players do you wanna take out? I'll help you." The people in the chat lost their minds. [What the hell?!]

Love Conquers All

Love Conquers All

Nothing is ever going to be the same again. In a way I am glad, changes needed to be made, but for the people we have lost, there are some wounds that will never heal. My mate comes behind me and wraps me in a tight embrace. We have never been this close before. It feels like everything in the world, except the Goddess, has kept us apart. Let me step back. My name is Leah and I am the only daughter, only child of Alpha Benjamin of the Crescent Moon pack. We're a part of a cooperative pack alliance called the Concordat. I know, it's as pretentious as it sounds, note my eye roll here. All of our Elders got together years ago to come together for protection and to ensure the survival of our race. Our Concordat, yep say it as snooty as you can, was made up initially of 10 packs in the shadow of a vast mountain range. This alliance worked exactly as it was designed for about 5 generations. But the Elders became set in their ways and used to certain comforts. They stopped participating in regular pack training, only including themselves high rank training of the Alphas and Betas and begrudgingly dealt with the Lunas at the compound. Males were taught they were superior simply being male, not for any other show of merit. Women were seen, and that was only if dressed properly, and to produce strong male heirs. My father did not believe in females being lesser, so he trained me well from the time I could walk. I trained in secret, learning skills on and off the field. Let me take you on my journey through love, loss and truly knowing what it means to be a friend, lover, mate, leader and enemy.

This was SO good. This is the 2nd book of Miss L that I’ve read, and she’s done it again. I love how she manages to capture a strong female lead, and managed to do it 6x in this story. I will say I’m a little disappointed in the abrupt ending. Wish there were a few epilogues honestly.
