Novel & Cerita Lucky Wife

Knowing the reason for his anger Oliver stretched out his hand and Nuella stood beside him and took hold of his hand. Old master Seun looked at the young lady with a frown on his face. “Old master, this is my wife, Nuella Allen” The people sitting close by all stared in surprise, they had heard the announcer earlier but did not think it was true until now that he mentioned it himself. They all moved their gaze at the beautiful young lady and wondered who she was, knowing Oliver, he would not just marry any, especially with his dislike for women. Nuella bowed her head low in greeting

Eventually, she latched onto an older, rich man as his mistress. Her luck ran out fast. The guy's wife didn't play. She had Alice disfigured and tossed aside. No money, no safety net. Alice died sick, alone, and forgotten. In just one year, everything flipped. Lucia's life was finally her own. No chains, no shadows. The sky was wide. The sea, endless. And she was just getting started.

Whoever ends up with him will be so lucky. I step into the house and Barry is seated on the couch watching a movie. He looks up at me and flashes me a beautiful smile. My heart flutters in my chest. Will I ever get used to this? "And how is my beautiful wife doing?" He says, opening his arms for me to come to him. The gesture makes me so happy, and I run into his arms like a little girl, laughing. He holds me tight and nuzzles my neck playfully, making me laugh even more.

“Come back to earth “A familiar voice sounded on my ears. I lifted my head as a kiss was planted on my lips “what are you busy thinking about in that head of yours.” I smiled “ I am thinking about how I am lucky to have you in my life . “ “No….I am the one lucky to have you in my life . You’ve been patient with me, you ‘ve been a good mother to my kid, something that I thought I’ll never even consider. “Adrian confessed as he pulled me in for a hug. “Then we’re both lucky to have met each other. I’ll be the best wife that you could ever want. “I muttered, gazing in to his deep-set eyes.

I saw the shock that formed on their faces as I said ‘ex’. I began. “When I married my husband, Simon Langston, the CEO of Langston's Innovations, I was labeled the lucky wife, the golden retriever, and so much more. Everyone assumed I was treated like a queen, with people at my beck and call, making me the envy of countless women who wondered why Simon chose me," I paused, wiping off my tears with the back of my hand.

Lucky says and that fact calms me a little. He's right. Most of the women that work here are one's Lucky's personally helped. Lucky was a lot like Shane, bit hard by his ex-wife, but not for obvious reasons. He nearly lost his teenaged daughter because of her boyfriend beating her. She told her mother over and over but her mother was too far gone with how much money the douchebag earned. Once lucky found out, he killed the guy and nearly did the same to his ex. Lucy is now doing well, but it took her a few years to get over what she lived with every single day.

His husband never leaves any chance to embarrass him. Liam took her lips between his softly and sucked feverishly savouring the moment. She couldn't tell how muc happy and overwhelmed of emotions he was feeling and he just wanted to go out and shout loudly telling everyone that this woman belongs to him. She is his wife, his other half. After kissing her contently he took his face back and thanked father walking towards him and taking his blessings.

She was so thrilled that she almost jumped out of her skin. "You really put it under my name? Aren't you scared I'll run off with everything one day? Hee-hee!" This woman really knew how to act. I looked at her with fake affection. "You're my wife. Putting it under your name is the best way to make you feel safe." Phoebe got so excited that she leapt up and planted a loud kiss on my face. She could laugh all she wanted now. I just hoped she wouldn't cry too hard when everything fell apart.

TWO YEARS AND THREE MONTHS BACK “Benny proposed last night saying I was the only woman he could ever imagine as his wife. Can you tuck inagine? The fucker dared to say it to my face while fucking that Bitch-are you even listening? Hey! Rara!” I jolted forward when someone shook me by the shoulders.

He replied. I nodded and we all walked to the car. “Guys! You too come with us in this car.” Lucky said. “No Lucky! You may need this alone time with your wife.” Vicky said laughing. Lucky rolled his eyes and said “We didn’t get married without knowing each other. We don’t need some privacy now to know each other. We would prefer all of your presence in our journey than going alone.” We all felt happy and immediately decided to go with them.
