“Alright, let’s see what we’re dealing with.” He pulled up a chair and began working on the auxiliary console, his fingers flying over the keyboard. Alex watched over his shoulder, his jaw tightening as a grim realization settled in. “Look at this,” Michael said after a few minutes, pointing to a line of corrupted data. “Whoever did this bypassed the main firewall and uploaded malware directly to the system. They knew exactly where to hit.” “And you think it’s Ricardo?” Alex asked, his voice low but taut with restrained anger.

The Seven Faces of Death

The Seven Faces of Death

“I’ve got a book coming next week, Rose’s firm is trying to get this bank renovation, you’ve got a parents’ evening, Sarah’s working late so everything’s ready for when she goes on maternity leave, and Alice is trying to hire a new editor.” “I thought running a YouTube channel was supposed to be easy.” Dad said. “It was when she started. But it’s an oversaturated market and rich people came in with their drones so we have to up our game.” Hugo appeared beside me. “Right, breakfast.” “So, we meet there.” Dad nodded. “Are they still telling us to wear masks?” “It’s encouraged.” We managed to keep covid under control in Mobia, a lot better than they had in the UK and between regular tests and t

Give me Moore - A no strings attached contract

Give me Moore - A no strings attached contract

Did that mean… I pulled out my cell phone and started texting Lena like a mad woman. I needed her reassurance and her confirmation that I was over-exaggerating things again. I squeezed the device in my hands, anxiously waiting for her reply. When it vibrated, I quickly swiped to read what she had said.

The Mob Queen

The Mob Queen

he speaks coolly as we stop in front of the bathroom door. I grit my teeth as my irritation spikes, "Do not underestimate me, Ravello. I may be a woman but I can stomach violence as much as any mob boss can." The bite in my voice doesn't go unnoticed and he chuckles. "Have you ever tortured anyone before, little girl? All you ever do is give orders." "Open the door, Ravello. Let's find out if this guy has a tracker before we get back to Sicily." He chuckles again as he twists the doorknob, "Oh so there's an us now?"

The Heiress' Return: Six Brothers at Her Beck and Call

The Heiress' Return: Six Brothers at Her Beck and Call

I want her alive," Moby stated with utter confidence, turning his back on the scene to walk toward the bar and refill his wine glass, leaving his bodyguards to handle her. He had barely issued his order when his men swiftly charged at Aria, swinging punches in a concerted effort to subdue her instantly. In less than a minute, heavy thuds echoed across the floor. Moby wasn't bothered in the least to check. He was certain his bodyguards had already captured her. And when he finally turned around with a triumphant look on his face, the sight that greeted him brought him up short.

I wouldn’t bother reading. The author has dragged this out and made the storyline almost unrecognizable from what it was portrayed. Instead of focusing on the lost child and the reunion with the family they have introduced stupid plots to drag the story on- and on- and on- and on!

I wish Fiona the best and hope she gets true love Owen never deserved her. Love grandpa Warren and Barron. It's amazing

Reborn in the Werewolf World for Revenge. (Help of My AI

Suddenly, music blasted loudly from Ria’s purse. Ria jumped slightly, losing her balance before catching herself. Her hands trembled as she pulled out the phone. The birthday melody continued playing while the screen glowed a violent, blinding blue in the dark, completely locking up the interface. A surprised smile slowly appeared on her lips. “What is that?” Mira asked, startled. Ria hugged the phone protectively against her chest. “It’s Mobo,” she admitted quietly. “The AI app I downloaded a while ago. It’s wishing me happy birthday.”

My mojo

My mojo

But why let a small detail like that stand in the way? An hour later, she stood in front of her mirror, admiring her makeshift disguise: baggy blue pants, a brown belt with a cobra buckle, a collared shirt tucked under a dark vest, black hat, a fake mustache, and boots that had seen better days. "Not bad," she mused. Her reflection was, at best, unconvincing, but desperate times called for questionable outfits.
