Novel & Cerita Must Read Books Fiction All Time

It was a face that held the promise of a future yet to be unraveled. Magnus was gone for the day with the elders, and Orla was at the community building, so I had the house to myself. We were not allowed books of fiction in our communal library. I scanned the leather spines and pulled one off the shelf, The Picture of Dorian Gray by an author Oscar Wilde. I settled into my Father's oversized leather chair and opened the book on his desk. As I delve into the pages, I find myself captivated by a foreign world. The characters' complexities and struggles resonate deeply, reflecting parts of my inner thoughts and emotions.

I know exactly the one he read through. "You do read a lot...." He said afterwards. "F**k, that was some positions we did already" he added and I instantly flushed. F**k he got me there. He place the books on top of the other piles on my table. "You do realise I read all the book you read." My eyes widen at his words. How can the mafia Don have time to read. "Clichés but I was interested to know what my woman invest most of her time in."

I told her that I couldn't pick just one, to which I added, “She's crazy, Chelsea. What person who appreciates reading can have a favorite? I denied, because it sounded like something impossible. There is a huge variety of categories. No it can not be done. "But there must be one you could read over and over again," she refuted, deeply immersed in the subject, making it do or die. The one that doesn't matter if you know each line by heart, continues to surprise you, makes you lose sleep, makes you feel like you won't find one like it. His blue eyes looked at me carefully.

Opening my phone, I type out the perfect text. -Hey! How are you?- Faith. I’m a literary genius, clearly. I groan, disappointed with my conversation starting skills as I wait for a text message to come through. Three very long and disappointing minutes pass and I decide reading makes time move much faster than staring at the device I’m basically begging to ding. I pick up my romance novel and immediately I’m sucked in. A dashing prince is racing against time to grab the magic tears of the moon so he can turn his beloved into her human form so they can finally be together.

“I know what you mean. I had one too—it was a family outing for us, going to the library. My mom insisted my brother and I read books if we wanted to play video games. I was that nerdy kid who actually preferred reading to gaming. I guess it carried over into adulthood.” Fiona’s gaze focused on his face, and one side of her mouth smirked. “Nothing wrong with that.” Handing the book back to him, she continued to investigate the books lining the shelves. “Do you have a favorite in here or in one of the boxes?” Chris chuckled. “Well, having a degree in English Literature, you’d think so. But I love so many of them. I’m partial to the classics—Keats and Shelley, Lord Byron, Shakespeare…”

The books with broken spines. He was not at all who she'd thought he was. He was so much more complicated than she'd thought he was. "You have a lot of books," she said, moving to the shelves. "I read." "Obviously. What do you read?" "Whatever's in front of me." He came toward her with the water, which she took. "History, mostly. Architecture. Some fiction, if it doesn't waste my time." "What does wasting your time look like in fiction?" "Characters who are foolish for plot reasons rather than for human ones."

The rest of the day seems boring so, I decided to read a book. "Let's see what I got here? I started looking for a storybook that will get my attention. Nope. Not this one. Yes finally found you " Sherlock Holmes. My favorite detective of all time. This book always inspired me to write a mystery novel. I tried many times, but nothing came to my mind. So I decided to give a break and concentrate on other things. I was a very very big fan of mystery and detective novels than romance and action. "If I started reading now, then I can finish this entire book by evening. The stories looked really interesting." I thought while flipping the pages.

It has never been my goal to impress my sister with anything I do. I scroll through the books in the library until I come to my favourite section, Mystery. I always love the thrill that comes with not knowing what's going to happen next. You can make it more interesting for yourself if you start to wonder what is happening and what will happen. I take a few glances through the books on the shelves and take a book that looks the most interesting out of all the books I saw. 'In the Woods' by Tana French.

There's still long hours till morning. Checking the book in his hand, he discovered it to be a novel. 'The Red and the Black' by Stendhal. After checking the description of the book, he believed it wouldn't be bad to give it a try although he is not fond of reading novels. Leo prefer reading normal books, it doesn't matter which type it is as long as there are not romance books. Most of the romance books he read in the past are rather cliche, untrue and misleading because such love in books doesn't exist in this modern day society.

I need him to spend time with me so I can crack all the holes in this house but aside from that, I did enjoy the book. "You lived it huh" "Yeah, I lived it." "Well, I am glad you lived and loved it." He said "You know you are right, people don’t just read books, they live it and when I was reading it, it felt like a movie in my head, the only difference is that it’s my imagination." "I told you, books are great." "I totally agree with you on that. Anyways you have something to do today?" "Not really, why?" He asked "I want you to recommend some more novels for me."
