The Wife He Never Knew

The Wife He Never Knew

Let her walk out feeling like she won something. Now that same sentence sat differently. Not like the final word of a woman who had lost. Like the quiet warning of a woman who already knew what was coming. And had chosen to tell me anyway. Something wasn't adding up. The woman I had been married to had been careful. Reserved. Always slightly apart from the world around her, like she was watching it from a distance she had chosen for herself. I had mistaken that distance for smallness. For a life that did not extend far beyond what I could see.

Playing the Devil's Game

Playing the Devil's Game

The betrayal stung her hard and she felt more useless even after she caught them. Nothing hurt her more than knowing her husband doesn’t care. She walked him on in fucking their neighbor from behind and he doesn’t even look remorseful. What’s worse? On her way to work this morning, she bumped into the same neighbour making her way to Chloe’s apartment. Like yesterday didn’t happen or like she doesn’t care enough to hide it anymore. The deed was already done, there was no reason to hide anymore. That moment felt like something the other woman had been waiting for and rather than do something that showed she cared, she just walked off. She grabbed her bag and she headed straight for work.

Tempted by My Brother's Best Friend (Age Gap Romance)

Tempted by My Brother's Best Friend (Age Gap Romance)

Her eyes turned wide, seeing my face, and she looked away. “You didn’t tell me this house had neighbors.” “W-well, Mister Aiden, this is the only house that fits all your needs from two garages to more rooms and security. I’m sure you can overlook neighbors living in such a cozy home. And those are the Millers, I can introduce to them when we—”

Raquel Troncoso Williams
This book was amazing as Ivy & Aiden, but then it went to another story that had nothing to do with the title of the book & it was super hard to read. It was like someone else was writing. I’m giving it 5 stars for Ivy & Aiden but Mia & Emma were terrible. Write more about Ivy & Aiden.
007Girl
Took me a while to read the section where the body guard, Cillian, and Emma had sex in front of an audience, but the plot itself on all 3 books was amazing. An audience is just not my cup of tea. But for others who like it, I'm guessing it's perfect for them.

My CEO Neighbor

My CEO Neighbor

“Mr. Jones, look Ms. Wright is also dining in here." I followed Jeff’s eyes and saw Bettany situated on the corner with the guy at the elevator. So they’re having a date then. I suddenly lost my appetite for what I saw. Jeff and I settled on the table far away from them. I ate my food even though I don’t have much appetite. I glance at her and she seems happy and enjoying. She was beautiful when she laughed. What the h*ll, why I’m affected by this? Get a hold of yourself, Isaac. She is just your neighbor and now an employee. ---

The wife he never wanted

The wife he never wanted

To Amara, it felt like a reminder of her role. “Smile,” he murmured under his breath. “They’re watching.” She did as instructed. Introductions followed quickly. “This is my wife, Amara.” The word wife landed differently each time. Some guests smiled with polite approval. Others studied her closely, curiosity sharp behind their eyes. “So young,” one woman whispered. “Unexpected,” another replied. Amara kept her head high, even as her chest tightened. They were seated at the head of the table. Across from them sat Selene Grant, calm and elegant in a pale dress, her attention focused almost entirely on Lucas. She acknowledged Amara with a brief glance before returning her gaze to him.

The Wife Who Returned

The Wife Who Returned

The key turned with a sound like bones shifting. Inside, the house smelled of damp limestone and old books left too long in the dark. Dust drifted in the thin light that slipped between boarded shutters. Every footfall echoed too loudly, as though the place resented visitors. The library door opened with a low complaint. And there it was—the room that had lived in the back of my mind for years without permission.

Wife's Vanishing Act

Wife's Vanishing Act

Three years ago, a fire took my wife and daughter from me. It happened during the evening rush hour. I had just boarded the subway when a call came in from our next-door neighbor, Cole Smith. "Nick? Where are you right now? Come home now! Something's happened!" Cole's anxious voice crackled through the line, sending a chill straight through my chest. "Cole? What is it? I just got on the subway—" "Forget the subway! Get a taxi, now! Your house is on fire!"

My Neighbor's Disturbing Secret

My Neighbor's Disturbing Secret

My best friend insisted I get a professional to check the entire place for spy cameras, so I did. Finally, my life resumed normal once more. I started looking for a new lady roommate. This time, I was much more cautious than before. I no longer want another creepy roommate. Late at night, when all was quiet next door, I finally had the night to myself. "That idiot. If he were to watch the video earlier, he would have realized I'm not a woman." Yes. Yours truly, a man.

My Wife's Other Family

My Wife's Other Family

"Talia, I'm not interested in your pocket change." She didn't snap. She laughed, turning to the crowd. "Sorry you all had to see this. He's my husband's old benefactor—did him a favor once. Out of gratitude, I've been covering his food and clothes. Guess it wasn't enough. Now he's here trying to wreck our family." Just like that, she flipped everything—swapped me with Danny and made me the pathetic leech. I pressed my tongue to my burning cheek and walked straight at her, face cold.
