Mystic Messenger Characters Novels & Stories

I asked as Susan and I came and sat beside him. “Mystic said it was her. He says he knows her. Her aura is special to us. He doesn't know how though.” 'Could she really be a mate to all four of us?' Khaos whimpered sadly in my mind.

“Y-you…!” Ana grinned and let out a sigh, her appetite diminishing even further. “Well, allow me to introduce myself,” Ana said, extending her hand towards them and gently removing the mask that concealed her face. “I am Ana Mystica, and I’ve returned.” Mateo's and Chloe's eyes widened in disbelief as they stared at the figure standing before them. It was the person they believed to be long gone, the person they thought was dead. “N-no way… I-It can’t be…” “A-Ana…”

His eyes met hers. Empty, hollow, nothing behind them. "Luna," he said. His voice sounded normal but felt hollow. "You should be sleeping." "What are you?" Lyra whispered. "A messenger." His lips moved but his face stayed eerily still. "Nothing more." "You're not alive." "No. Not in the way you mean." He pulled his wrist free gently. "But not dead either. Something in between." Lyra's heart pounded. "How is that possible?" "Magic. Very old. Very forbidden." He tilted his head like a curious bird. "Queen Seraphine needed messengers who couldn't be killed. Couldn't be bribed. Couldn't fail. So she made us."

Only two glassy eyes reflected the light in the hall. No voice. No gun. Only a tiny silver coin was held between their fingers. They place it in my palm. When I look down, I nearly lose it. A name is etched into the metal. Mine. 00:27:10 Cassian grabs my shoulder. "Who the hell is that?" I grip my fingers tightly around the coin. “A messenger.” "For whom?" Malik demands. But the figure is already vanishing—walks right back into the rain, unperturbed, as if they know we won't follow.

Everyone moved away from those two since we had no idea what was going to happen. Her stream of light hit his outstretched palm. His head tilted backwards, and a bolt of green went into the air. The light cut off, making it to where there was only blue going upwards. Holy fucking hell! It worked. “You are brilliant,” he praised her. “None of our people have ever considered that possibility. This, as a whole, could definitely help our side out. We have fourteen Mystic dragons. Then we have two who are vampire/dragon hybrids but don’t have dragon forms but do have elemental magic. I’d love to see later if this would work for them as well.”

It took a while but I could plainly discern a figure being shaped within the dark aura. Mystique says with that knowing smile of hers. “Oh, yeah, the goddess came to me” She just smiles. “It was not for me. Your goddess asked Selene to relay a message” I say thinking she would be shocked, but she just nods “Ah the beautiful Bastet, and what was my Goddess asking of you?” “That on the third day of the harvest moon, when the moon is at its highest I must stand by you as you will have the fight of your life” I say to her, she continues to nod “So the date has been set and from my calculations that gives me eight months, give or take a day” Myst says so calmly.
