KANE
Glass fractured instantly, spiderweb cracks spreading before pieces shattered and fell, scattering across the floor.
Pain shot through his knuckles, sharp and immediate, but Kane barely reacted. Blood dripped freely now, streaking down his hand, hitting the concrete in slow, steady drops.
His breathing turned rough, uneven, his shoulders tight, every muscle coiled like he was still in the ring.
Then—
A knock.
Soft.
Out of place.
Kane froze.
For a second, the room went completely still.
Then he moved.
Fast.
He yanked the door open, his body already braced, ready to tear into whoever stood on the other side.
