Betrayed Bonds: The Rise Of An Omega

Betrayed Bonds: The Rise Of An Omega

I knew Knight well enough to know that he always stuck to his decisions. “There’s no chance,” I murmur, feeling the agonizing pain of rejection again. “He will only settle for someone who is worthy to be beside him.” “Worthy,” Winley repeats in disgust. “I hate that word. What determines whether someone is worthy or not?” Flinching, I lift my gaze and fix it on her as she takes me in with a look of sympathy. “I don’t know what you’ve been through to make you feel so insignificant, but you need to stop not believing in yourself. You’re stronger than you think.”

Empire of Her Own

Empire of Her Own

They didn't need to. Because the greatest legacy isn't being remembered. It's helping someone else remember who they are. I closed my eyes and smiled. The empire still stood. Not because I had built it. Because I had finally built myself. And no one... No one... Could ever take that away. THE END "Your life is not defined by the moment someone failed to see your worth. It is defined by the moment you finally did."

The Lycan King’s Treasured Luna

The Lycan King’s Treasured Luna

A hush settled over the hall. “Because I’ve come to understand something I didn’t until recently.” I lifted my gaze, meeting the eyes of the council without flinching. “That the true worth of a person isn’t measured by how perfectly they walk in their path.” My throat tightened, but I kept going. “It’s measured by what they do when all the illusions have fallen away, when there’s no one left to believe the stories they tell themselves and they’re standing alone in the dark, looking at the wreckage of their choices, and they have to decide if they will let it define them…or if they will summon the courage, to build something honest out of what’s left.”

Empress Wolfe
Sargis and Narine just became one of my favourite couples! I love Sargis' love and devotion, and Narine's wisdom and quiet strength. I wish her adoptive parents were punished as well, but oh well ... (7/29/26)

I loved this book and it's characters. I love how there was no unnecessary drama that slowed the pace and didn't make sense like in other stories. And I loved the way that we got to see some of the same scenes from both perspectives. I'd love to read a sequel.

My Marine Bodyguard

My Marine Bodyguard

I couldn’t let Marcus bring down my self-worth because it already danced along the edge of insecurity and like Madden said … I was worth more than Marcus. I just prayed Marcus let go and let me live to tell the tale.

The Satan Sniper's Motorcycle Club

The Satan Sniper's Motorcycle Club

“You are worth more than all the zeros in my bank account. And I have a lot of them. Maybe you were a filthy dirty beggar Sugar, but worthless is something you are not. No man goes through so much for something worthless, let alone a monster. And I never waste time with worthless people and these days you have all of mine." I remain quiet, her words hit me somewhere deep inside me. It makes me feel weird, like almost somebody, somebody important. It is hard to say I lack confidence, because I never really had a choice but to put myself out there, I had to eat, that meant begging most of my life. But I feel like I have another kind of confidence, one that has me wanting to sit up in bed and p

Worth Fighting For

Worth Fighting For

And maybe it was better that she didn't know and never had to experience my self-destruction again. It took every muscle in my body to refrain from smashing up everything around me and especially from running after her as fast as I could. This was only further confirmation of how I felt about her. She wasn't just another girl like I had been pushing to make myself believe. She meant more to me than I'd realised, not until she was walking away did I register her true worth to me. Yet with my own destruction, I had managed to ruin what we had before I was able to realise what it truly was and what it meant to me. And now I never would.

Dear Husband, My Turn To Love You

Dear Husband, My Turn To Love You

“The fact that you don’t think you’re good enough. The way you look at yourself and see the cracks, that’s what makes you worthy. Because you’ll never stop trying to be better. That’s what a real mother does. She keeps trying, even when she feels broken.” My heart clenched. My eyes welled again. “Thank you,” I whispered, barely audible.

Seducing Alpha Jaxon

Seducing Alpha Jaxon

The questions burst out of me all at once. The pain I had held in for two days broke free like a dam collapsing. Sobs tore through my chest violently, one after another, leaving me shaking. Mom’s hand rubbed slow circles against my back. “Shh…” she whispered. “We don’t break ourselves further when someone else already has. That’s not justice. That’s cruelty to yourself,” Her palm cupped the back of my head gently, “Don’t you ever question your worth,” she said firmly. “You have no idea the light you bring into people’s lives just by existing. You are everything we could have ever wished for. You are a miracle, baby.”

A Word of Praise

A Word of Praise

This was not the typical light party performance; it was pained and heavy. Each split was opened and then forced to open a little bit more. As if each action took a toll on her body and soul. She would fall along the fabric and show how hard it was to climb back up. And then, like her effort meant nothing, she would go back down into another fall. It was a shout out to all who suffer and rise to try again. It was an ode to struggle. For an undetermined number of minutes, he didn't take his eyes off of her. Then he felt a bump against his shoulder, bringing him out of his daze.

A Worthy Sacrifice

A Worthy Sacrifice

Someone asked, "Professor Landon, when Elaine stole your research results years ago, you were caught in public controversy and suffered social isolation for a long time. What are your thoughts on such cases of academic theft?" After I emerged, the only prestigious journal publication under Elaine's name was returned to me. However, looking at it now, it was full of flaws and holes. I didn't answer the question immediately. Instead, I brought out my highest award and honor as my response. "As long as you don't give up on yourself, others can steal your papers, but they can never steal your life." With that, I took Callum's hand and left the venue. But somehow, I always felt like there was a g
