She yelled at Sage. "You wanted to take all that was precious to me but damn it, I turned the table around." She snapped. "Your precious daughter is no more ... courtesy of me." She huffed with deep annoyance. "What?" Sage stared at her, mouth agape. He looked clearly shocked and devastated. "My darling cousin, your precious daughter is dea-" Sage's growl interrupted Melanie's speech. He growled so loud that all except Melanie had to cover their ears. His loud and deep growl didn't stop until he began to transform slowly. His body began to increase in size and his hair began to whiten from the roots. His fingernails became to grow more and in a minute, they all turned to claws.

"Dear brother. You have helped me more than you know. I have the power now to do what needs to be done. I just can't have you getting in the way of my goals. When I am too far for you to stop me you will be released. I say as I go past him. I run past the perimeter of the pyre and take off into the trees. It would only be a matter of time before his dragon is able to guide him out of my trap. As I approach the landing pad I close Magma's eyes and imagine it as my form. When I open the eyes it is to realization that nothing has happened. I close the eyes to try once more and instead of transforming I hear Magma's laugh come through muffled from her mind.
