Novel & Cerita Read The Beast Within

The Beast clawed at my chest, shredding my starmetal shirt. "Burn!" I screamed. I unleashed a pulse of solar flare directly into its mouth. FWOOM. The fire went down its throat. The Beast didn't die. It swallowed. It drank the fire. Its stomach glowed orange for a second, then faded back to gray. It licked its lips. "MORE," a voice hissed from inside the beast. Not the Beast's voice. The voice of the Skeleton in the deep. The Beast clamped its jaws shut. My hands were inside.

The little shit was fast, but he couldn’t shake me that easily. A metal door of a dumpster clanged shut, but I didn’t need to hear that to know where he was. His heartbeat echoed in my ears, its erratic rhythm a testament to his fear. Yet, he had no idea what fear truly meant. He would understand, soon enough, once I caught him. Then he would face the embodiment of terror.

’ A part of her mind coldly asked her. She blinked back her tears. She was stunned by her own thoughts. Shea swallowed the lump in her throat as she realized how much her thoughts were slowly becoming a venomous poison to her thoughts – as doubts and uncertainties started to creep into her entire system. ‘If it is his beast, then would it change a thing? Denver and his beast were one. He is part of his beast, and so was he to his monster. You can’t separate the two of them. They were part of the whole, and that’s the reality that you must accept.’

He answered. His words made total sense. As simple as he looked, he was wise and very accurate with his intuitions. "So what's your decision father. We both know that when you cross the damn river there is no point of return." I reminded him. "Damon, That Beast is searching for a breeder. A bond and mate. If luckily Hera proves herself worthy and its instinct is drawn fully to her, it won't harm her. I don't want to think the worst that's why I still have a ray of hope that she is still alive and being kept well." He answered.

K 18/9/2010 I feel alone. Papa is gone just like Milly and Mama was never there to begin with. I feel like everyone I care for is snatched away from me. Are you punishing me? I ask the luna every night just before the beast takes over. I don't know how long I can handle this. I don't think I am strong enough. I am always angry, uncle Gregory said I have gone mad. I think he is right. It's always there, breathing down my neck.. the dark traces of my personality wrapping its arms around me, telling me to let go. I can see the beast everytime I look into a mirror. Its silver eyes, my eyes, flash back at me as if to remind me who's in control. I can't control the beast anymore.

“No, it’s not a coincidence, the gymnasium is named after my family. Now that we’ve introduced ourselves, I trust that I’ll not have any more interruptions when I use the punching bag.” Evan Alston watched the threesome from his position against the wall. He had been as enraptured as everyone else at the strength and skill displayed by the tiny woman. It had been astonishing to see the woman defeat men three times her size. He became even more intrigued when he overheard someone whisper her identity. The Beast.

I continued, "but the beast isn't a monster. He's a kind and gentle soul who's been cursed by the Goddess. As I yelled, a loud yell could be heard from inside the castle, causing the people to stare in fear. I watched as they gazed up, and I saw the beast emerge from his castle and start walking towards us. The men around me were freaking out, but I stood still, unable to look away from the creature's approach. I could sense the sadness in his eyes as he looked at me.

Rey's fingers traced the spines until they settled upon a tome titled "The Chronicles of Shadows: Unveiling the Secrets of Lycanthropy and Dark Arts." With utmost care, Rey and Lucius carried the book to a nearby table, their eyes filled with anticipation as they opened its pages. The text revealed the history and nature of Lycans, detailing their origins, abilities, and the curse that afflicted them. As they read, their knowledge expanded, shedding light on the connection between Lycans and the corruption plaguing their realm. They discovered that the Black Beast was a dark entity that thrived on chaos, capable of twisting the minds of Lycans and corrupting their instincts.

She nodded with her head bent and left the office with a tear stained face. I needed to let him out. It had been a long time since I fed. I could smell the presence of a vampire miles away. He was at the pack's border. He must have gotten here by accident but that doesn't mean I was going to let him live. My beast needed to feed and he was going to be the food. Rules were rules. He should have known that this land was forbidden to him and his kind. I breathed in and let my beast take over. Filled with rage and hunger, he moved with great speed and pounced on the unaware vampire. There was something about him, I could sense it around him.

That statement from my mother rang inside my head like a bell, and I quickly clutched my head tight while trembling. I felt Jaden hug me tight as he was asking what was wrong with me, but his voice sounded distant and faint. "If you don't save them, this will be their fate. Not even your mate will be spared!" The words from the so-called beast inside me echoed alongside my mother's voice, taunting me and forcing me to shriek. "I am your second beast. You just have to be strong till I rise." That was what the beast had said to me afterwards, and hearing it again now, I realized it must be that same beast that I felt its movement inside me earlier.
