Cursed Lycan's Scarred Mate Novels & Stories

Blanche sighed dreamily as she looked over her shoulder to where a tense Cyrus was hunched over the table, staring at the map. Even he had looked like he wanted to snap at her to shut up a few times. But he was a good man, and even though he was hurting and on the verge of taking it out on someone else, he refused to let that person be innocent, little Blanche. "The Goddess works in mysterious ways. Perhaps Blanche is onto something. Lycans have difficulty finding fated mates they have for decades, but maybe it's because their mates aren't always the same species?" Aurora offered as she winked encouragingly at me.

Whitney’s childlike mind is what draws Aiden in as he sat on the couch across the room staring at the woman laying on his bed. However, he was Aiden Lewis, the last lycan alpha king of the Night Walker pack, and was cursed by a sorcerer that his mate would not live past the night of their marriage rites. That was when he razed the witch's territory to the ground. The sorcerer fled the scene and was nowhere to be seen, he had lived with this curse for decades and only the pure blood of a witch can erase this curse. Meanwhile, the witches seemed to have gone to extinction and this caused Aiden to lose his mate to the cruel curse.

Buried beneath Neal’s claim, and the moment she rejected him… It awakened, a mate bond so sweet. My chest tightened as the new connection pulsed once beneath my skin. Stronger. Clearer. Alive. And through it I felt her. Faint. Weak. But there. My lycan roared to life inside me. “She’s calling me.” Russ stared. “Aleric…” But I was already moving. Every instinct in my body had locked onto the direction the bond pulled me toward like a compass finding true north. My vision darkened with fury. “He has my mate,” I growled. Russ’s expression hardened instantly.

Demon wanted to take over, but I had to keep him calm. I traced the scent to an old building, sniffing the air as I could feel my mate was here. I went in prepared to fight, but I was shocked at the state I found my mate. Jarod looked surprised to see me. I did not waste time; I attacked him. We landed outside the building as we fought. It was a brutal fight. We were both of Lycan bloodline, so we could heal faster, and it was working against me. I could not hurt Jarod for long.

With that she cut the locks of Ericka's hair, as a send off rite to their ancestors. She mutter beneath her breathe. "I won't forgive you Alessia for daring to bring your Hybrid blood as a source redemption to the Lycans! None of the children of Lycan shall find redemption till I wipe you all from the surface of the earth and send you to Selene to forever wander on the moon!! You have been cursed and cursed I shall make you remain", she let out a cruel laughter, which shakes the entire building. "Mother!" comes a voice behind her.

“Not mine. Mine was Elena. I don’t feel connected to that rogue either. She was a total stranger to me.” Lucian found the situation too odd. He grew up with the knowledge that every lycan could only have one mate. Having a second-chance mate made him confused. That was something he never saw coming. ‘I can tell you that she’s our second-chance mate! The mate bond kicks in like crazy! Fucking release me so we can talk!’ “We are goddamn talking, Argus!” He gritted his teeth, annoyed. ‘I said release me!’ “Then you have to fucking wait!”

I said. "True. But the one thing I know for sure is that if Cyrus ever meets his real fated mate then there is no other power strong enough to keep a Lycan away. Whatever curse she put on him will be shattered instantly. It's not like with werewolves. Lycans' mate bonds are way more powerful and they are very rare," Lowell explained. "I see," I said. I looked at him and I felt a sudden curiosity. "So? Have you found your fated mate yet?" I asked Lowell and I noticed that he seemed to be blushing beneath all that fur and those scars.

“ You saw my memories? ” I was dumbfounded. “ I was not imagining all that? ” Tyson exhaled a breath before he pulled away and dropped beside me. My gaze met the ceiling as I tried to make sense of what just happened. “ Does this happen to all mates? ” Tyson murmured. He was clueless because, for decades, Lycans were cursed to not feel any bond—which included the mate bond. They couldn’t recognize their mate but Queen Lenora and Alpha King Striker broke that curse recently and now, Lycans could mate with their true mates instead of getting forced to choose people to mate with.

“Thank you, brother! You’re still the best to me.” I didn't reply to her. I simply stared at the spot where Lyall and Ren had disappeared, a cold smile creeping onto my face. Back in my quarters, I tore the room apart. Drawers crashed to the floor, papers scattered everywhere as I searched frantically. “Kane, what are you doing?” Scar barked. “We already lost him! Why would you want to hurt him?” I tossed a heavy wooden chest aside. “Relax, Scar. Think. The Lycan King cannot have a male mate. Ren will suffer. We’re saving him.”

He asked, walking closer to me. " Why should it be weird? Like you said I am his mate. I have the right to his loving side. I don't care what other side he has as long as he shows me his weird side," I responded, wishing I could leave. " His weird side? Dear, it looks like you have no idea who we are. You are scared of what you saw just now, right? Think of it as a prelude. Do you know how scary your mate is? We are lycans!" He bellowed, obviously getting angry.
