Read The Magicians Online Novels & Stories

I know, I made my family a crazy one about me. After searching for a week, we didn’t find anything, but I could say that we learnt many strange things about magic, like the werewolves, if they are faced with a dark magician, they will destroy their hearts completely, because a dark magician uses blood sacrifices to cast spells, he wants to make sure that his spell will work even after his death, so in destroying the heart the magic will stop in operating itself and the spell cast will disappear. It is something that I didn’t know about before. It may come in handy, because who knows William might be sending dark mages as assassins to kill me.

“If the only person that could have helped me with the ritual is no more, then what chance do I have to fix things?” This was another reason that Maggie was reluctant to help at first, if not for the promise she’d made herself earlier. Sighs, “you still have a chance. I know how to conduct the ritual.” He rose a brow at her, “you? When did you become a psychic?”

After a minute, a man opened the door, "Yes? How can I help you?" "Hi, I was wondering if it's allowed for someone to look at your magic books?" The man looked at me confused, "Well, to start, that information is only for guild members, and secondly, why does a young girl like you want to see that kind of information?" "I'm curious about the kind of magic you have." "I'm afraid that you wouldn't understand it even if I showed you. Only a mage would understand the spells recorded in our books." "But, I am a mage."

now he smiled broadly, "You'll be very familiar with all of those tales of course, but the prose is so excellent that they're always worth returning to." I did not correct him, only nodded. He pulled the heavy book across the table to him, where it looked almost miniature in his hands. He opened it at a page he seemed to know the place of from memory, cleared his throat and began to read aloud: "With fresh cobweb still wearing beads of dew, and needle of magpie bone; ye sinful witch doth sew her betrothed's mouth shut that they might ne'er tell a soul of ye blackness of her deadened heart nor the letters of her cursed name.

"Since you have made your choice, I will set my new rules among the four of you!" "Four of us!" Exclaimed Mr Smith in surprise. For the first time after a long time, he began speaking. "Why the four of us, my good Mistress? Or have you forgotten that I have nothing to do with this? I'm not against you and I have never done any wrong to do." He bowed slightly before Magaritha. "To prove my innocence, didn't we make some business transactions, not long ago? Of course, we did! I sold you one of the most sophisticated magic books, that you have read in your whole life, didn't I? Yes, I did!"

The air in his kingdom was thick with magic, and I could feel its ethereal presence enveloping me. Alpha Roger, with his enigmatic smile, welcomed me. "Aline, you have returned," he said, his voice a melodic resonance. I nodded, a sense of purpose guiding my actions. "I need to understand," I replied, "why you brought me here and why you let me go back." The magician's eyes held a depth of knowledge that seemed to stretch beyond the realms of time and space. "I brought you here, Aline, to show you a world of possibilities. To teach you about the power of choice and the magic that resides within you."

Something that nature is opposed to. In a matter of seconds, my heart began to race, leaving me short of breath. Reading the phrase ‘dark magicians’ elicits a range of feelings that I can not grasp. However, it seems more like a warning to the unknowing. Something so perilous that it is alarming. “To think that they were surely just around Primrose City and that was the place I must go to find out the truth…” I whispered, closing my eyes tightly. I checked the wall clock and saw it was nearly midnight, so I decided to quit reading and go to bed already. I can continue tomorrow, and perhaps ask Frederick or Grandpa some questions as well about the things I am confused about.

She hurried to the window and closed the curtains. “I can see the pink of dawn over the trees,” she said worriedly. Something needed to be done soon. Maggie grabbed her book of spells again and quickly leafed through the pages. Without a moment’s hesitation, Tara joined her. Dominic resumed pounding on the door and shouting for her to come out. Every nerve in the room was worn thin as the tension mounted. Maggie finally came to a page and stopped. She took in a deep breath as she read and then just as quickly let it out.

As Nomar said this, he smiled at how his words seemed to jolt Alexander from his reverie. Alexander was startled. He raised his head up from the floor and looked around. This was no play. This person meant his words. He meant for him to rise up like a man. Suddenly, Alexander started to believe that magic still existed. Who else but a magician could speak this loud and clear in his mind that it would boom like this? It had to be magic. He raised his head up further and looked around for the person whose voice had sounded in his mind.

[SHADE SHADOWS] •|•|• Who else wields magic? Is it only witches? •|•|• A mage Wolf. I study the lines on my open palms, staring at my hands momentarily. My gaze shifts to the pages of the book, picking it up, tracing over Xirrians words, again and again as if they could eat me alive. The dead flower blooms in his hand. My head leans back against the shelf, taking deep breaths in until my heart steadies, and then my eyes lift to the open window watching the rain as the memories flood my mind.
