Dreaming of Flowers
I smirk and turn the page.
"The Mann has left. He drew blood from five sick children, and from ten healthy members. He claimed it was to have something to compare the sick blood to. He said he'd return in no more than ten days, with a cure. Sanju is restless, as she was left behind. The fact that she even listened to his demands for her to remain here, is inconceivable." A short entry, and there was a drawing on the large empty space. It was a woman, slender and feminine looking, wearing what looked like a nightgown. She was reaching upwards towards the top of the page, with flowers trailing out of her fingertips. Even as a drawing, she was beautiful.
