The Return of the War Legate

The Return of the War Legate

Adrian frowned. Autumn chuckled, then disappeared from the cabin. Adrian didn't make a move to stop her as he currently had no way to cause significant harm to this ghost. Moreover, they were not on land but on a ship. Adrian knew that a single move from him could sink the ship, and the thousands on board would perish because of what he did. Adrian coldly watched as the ghost concealed herself. After a few seconds, the cabin door opened, and Alfie’s group rushed into the cabin with some sleepy-eyed crew members.

Forbidden Daddy Desires: Steamy MM

Forbidden Daddy Desires: Steamy MM

Silas reached out and touched Leo’s cheek. "Good shot," Silas whispered. "We need to go," Leo said, looking around. "He knows we are here. If he can control the room, he can control the whole villa." "No," the Ghost’s voice came over the speakers in the ceiling. "He can't. I’ve isolated his access. But he knows you survived. He’s launching a distraction." "What kind of distraction?" Adrian asked. "Look at the ocean," the Ghost said. They ran to the window. Down below, the stormy sea was churning. But cutting through the waves was a sleek, black speedboat. It wasn't coming toward the villa. It was leaving.

My Blood Wizard System

My Blood Wizard System

Tommy guns made of moonlight and 1920s wrath. Al (cigar glowing): “Nobody touches the Morau kid in my town.” The tide turns. Ghosts and teenagers and one very angry coyote against twelve identity-thieving horrors. We drive them back to the ridge by 3:13 a.m. The last vessel (still wearing the Oregon girl’s face) smiles with broken teeth. Last Vessel: “This was only the greeting card. The real Choir is coming. All thirty-three remaining vessels. On Spring Break.” Then it collapses into ash that the wind refuses to carry.

If The Crown Fits

If The Crown Fits

"But I guess I'll just have to believe you since your familiar leads us here." I looked up at Nate. "Where is 'here'?" "My mom's garden." Nate whispered. "Hey! Custard, stop." Nate suddenly ran to my familiar when Custard started digging at the ground where the ghost was standing. I quickly followed him when I saw the ghost disappearing as soon as Nate getting closer. I held Nate's cape for comfort as I looked around us to find the ghost. I sure do hope it won't reappear in front of us or I will scream bloody murder.

What days do you update? I'm starting your last book available to hold me over till the next update. Also I hope you make her alittle more mature over the next few chapters when it comes to the princes at her age she could be using flirting to get away with things instead of acting like she's a kid

Overall, very good story line. I feel some of the characters have developed more than others throughout the storyline but I really enjoy the book. It’s a fun roller coaster. Would definitely read this book again. Can’t wait for the ending. 💛

AI WHISPERS

AI WHISPERS

We sprint. We run past boilers hissing steam and rats that scurry into the shadows. We burst through a rusted door and into the subway tunnels. The air is thick, metallic, and hot. We keep moving, guided by the ghost in our ears, until we emerge twenty minutes later in a part of the city I barely recognize. It’s the Meatpacking District, but underground—a labyrinth of unmarked doors and blacked-out windows. "Sanctuary detected," Echo announces. "The Abyss. Private club. No cameras. Cash only. Signal blockers active."

Before love Lies

Before love Lies

Then, just as suddenly as it began, the voice vanished—leaving me shaken, staring out at the endless sea, wondering what truths waited for me if I chose to return. “But there is one thing I need you to do for me,” the voice continued, softer now, almost pleading. “When you return home from the Army, go to Edison Shipping. It’s located in California. Seek refuge within the truth, son. There is something there I need you to see—something I could never explain face to face.”

Thrill of the Chase

Thrill of the Chase

"In that case, I'll see you soon." We hang up, and within seconds, I receive the address. I hop into Max's car, taking the nearest highway, and arrive at an abandoned warehouse just outside of Santa Barbara about twenty minutes later. Why in the world would they choose this eerie place? I have no idea, but I've watched enough horror movies to know that contacting Kalix before doing anything else is a smart move. You think? Buffy retorts. This place gives me the creeps, even more than that haunted house-themed frat party in season four, episode four.

The Vengeful Luna of Shadow

The Vengeful Luna of Shadow

The boat roared to life and began to move away from the shore. My eyes suddenly cast a glimpse of someone in the distance. My sight was not heightened anymore because I still couldn't connect with Sable. So I couldn't figure out who the male was apart from the fact that he was staring directly at me. I could sense the sharpness of his gaze even from a distance. Who was he? Before I could take a closer look the boat took a turn around the cliffs and the strange man disappeared. It was near the evening when we reached the nearest port of the city of Jorda. Father had said that Shadow headquarters was somewhere underground and on one of the islands. I just had to find it.

Doing me to the fullest

Doing me to the fullest

The ship was a jagged silhouette of radar-absorbent carbon fiber, looking more like a shark made of obsidian than a vessel of mercy. "The crossing will take four days if we hit the currents right," Aris shouted over the roar of the turbines. She was hunched over a holomap of the Atlantic, where glowing red zones marked "Dead Tides"—areas where the water was so saturated with corrupted code that the ship’s hull would literally begin to dissolve. "But we aren't alone out there, Jade. The pirates in the Mid-Atlantic aren't looking for gold anymore. They're looking for 'Update' cores. To them, Caspian isn't a man; he’s the world’s most expensive battery." The Ghost in the Cabin

Biker's Forbidden Desire

Biker's Forbidden Desire

Rookie said. "So?" I replied. "So that's it," Rookie said. "Ghost's last chance to find you was today. And he failed. Now you're gone. Disappeared. He'll never see you again." "He'll find me," I said. But my voice lacked conviction. "Will he?" Rookie challenged. "The new location doesn't even have an address. It's just coordinates. In the middle of nowhere. No neighbors. No witnesses. Nothing. You'll be buried alive. And Ghost will spend months digging in all the wrong places."
