Gwen's POV. ~~~~ My eyes fluttered open, but I was met only by darkness. A sense of alarm rose within me as I realized a cloth was secured over my face. I attempted to scream, but the fabric moved in unison with my lips. Panic settled in as my muffled cries were silenced by an unseen force. Straining to pick up any clues, the sound of approaching footsteps came into my ears. My chest tightened; I had been kidnapped. I mulled into my head, trying to connect with my wolf, but she wasn't responding, and it only meant one thing: I was tied with a silver chain.

It was war, and Gwen was ready to fight back with all her strength. After receiving the threatening message from Rachel, Gwen didn’t waste any time. She sat at her living room table, her eyes focused, her mind racing. This wasn’t the first time Rachel had attacked her, but this time felt different. Gwen could sense that Rachel had entered a new phase—more dangerous, more cunning. This threat was no longer just emotional manipulation or gossip that could be countered with simple evidence in court. This was a real war, and Rachel had chosen a digital route to destroy her. I stayed under the shower for a few minutes before stepping out of the bathroom naked into the room. Only to meet Gwen who enters the room with the aid box. At first she didn't notice me and when she did, she screamed, dropping the box.

The green Hobgoblin said, watching as Xolvion took a step back. "Whatever, let's finish them off!" The yellow Hobgoblin said, quickly charging towards Gwen as he made her his target. Gwen and Owen didn't stand a chance against these monsters, that Xolvion knew. However, Crystal was more than a match, he only hoped that she would be able to tap into her power and prove it. "ARGHH!" Gwen screamed as the yellow Hobgoblin charged towards her, lifting his sword as it got ready to strike her down.

Gwen screamed and suddenly, her legs were working as she tore out of Xenia and her mother's hands and sprinted toward her mate and she caught him in time before he met the floor and lost consciousness. Gwen gathered him in her hands, shaking him violently to get a reaction but received nothing. She wailed in anguish and looked at the faces of everyone who looked like they had been cemented to the ground, mouth agape and eyes widened. "CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON?!"
