Abigail inquired. Stacy let out a dry chuckle and responded, “I am Owen’s step-Mom.” Abigail’s smile froze in the corner of her lips. She felt as if a thunderbolt had struck her. ‘Owen’s step-Mom kept resounding in her ears quite a few times. She observed her up and down attentively with her keen eyes. Stacy didn't look much older than Owen Reid, perhaps just a few years older than him. Abigail wondered how come such a young woman could be Owen’s stepmother.

She opened a few big charts on the dining that were delivered today at the house, before carefully observing them and making small notes with pencil. My eyes couldn’t help but trail down from her honey coloured hair tied up in a bun as few loose strands cascaded down her neck. My eyes further trailed down to her loose white dress which did nothing to hide those beautiful curves. I felt the urge to touch her but I couldn’t. God, this is going to be a nightmare. It could take months to catch the stalker. Was I not allowed to touch her or kiss her at all? How is this fair? Aaah fuck it!

Liam was not happy by her response, he was not satisfied at all. "I also need Jerome to divorce her as soon as possible for my plans to come into action." Liam stated. Debbie looked at him surprisingly. "What plans are you talking about?" Debbie asked, her gaze fixed on him. Liam clasped his hand together. "Well I had bought some shares from Stacy's parent's company, you know, she used to be the CEO, so I bought the shades with an unknown name, I got it through Mrs. Sky." Liam explained. "Mrs Sky? Stacy's evil stepmom?" Debbie questioned.
