Novel & Cerita Taking Notes On A Kindle

Nathan I was bored out of my goddamn mind as the pack elders talked about… I wasn’t sure what the hell they were even talking about, but I had to be in attendance as the Alpha. I kept watching her from the corner of my eyes. Kaima sat beside me, her head down. She held her pen and… a notebook? I hadn’t realized it earlier, but she never uses a notebook. It’s always an iPad. At first I thought she was taking notes like she always did during these meetings.

Not while he took his coat off and put his bread bag in the bin and washed his hands at the kitchen sink with the methodical thoroughness he applied to things when his mind was elsewhere. Ethan caught my eye across the kitchen. I shook my head slightly. Give him time. Ethan put the kettle on. I sat at the table. Noah sat across from me. He opened the notebook to the question page and read back through it slowly, the way he reviewed things he had collected, checking the record against the memory of the morning, making sure both versions matched. He added a small note at the bottom of the page. Put the pen down. Closed the notebook.

“Hailey.” “...yes?” “Why is your bag so light? Is it empty?” “Of course not! It has my lunch and my tablet in there. And before you go and narrow your eyes at me, let me just remind you that digital note taking is a thing now. I keep my notes in my tablet.” “Pictures or handwritten notes?” “What’s the difference? A note is a note!” I snatched my bag away from him. “Sure, I failed about... four quizzes, but these notes are enough to let me pass the semester!”

“That sounds a bit.…creepy.” “I was simply paying attention, don’t you think so?” He laughed lightly, then continued when I didn't respond. “For instance, I know you still prefer to write things down instead of just typing them on your phone. Meeting, ideas, random thoughts, I know you all write them down. You even underline when something is important.” “How do you…” I was becoming breathless. He winked. “I told you I pay attention. It’s really that simple.” “Well, do me a favour and stop paying attention, will you?”

But this time, I know what he's thinking. "It's my fault, okay? I'm not trying to be a martyr here. You guys can review on your own. Can I borrow your notes?" "And now, you chose to bother me," he said. "What? You're not reviewing? Just lend me your notes then," I replied. "I don't take notes, Seanne. You're on your own for the quiz," he said. I was dumbfounded by what he said. I grabbed his notebook that he had been writing on earlier. To my surprise, it was just full of scribbles and there were no traces of the lecture from earlier. Even the other pages were full of drawings and various words.

“Stress doesn’t need a reason, Nicole. It just finds you.” I shook my head, smiling. “You’re impossible. I swear you make life sound so dramatic sometimes.” He laughed softly. “Maybe I just like to complain. Makes me feel human.” We sat in comfortable silence for a few moments, watching the sunlight stretch across the shelves. Then I noticed his notebook. “What are you working on now? More notes for class?” He held it up, flipping to a page full of scribbles. “Yeah… notes, sketches, reminders. Basically a mess. I write down everything so I don’t forget, kind of my survival tactic.”

“The problem is, we don’t have our notes here. We don’t know how we are going to review our lessons.” “Wait,” he said and then he left his seat and went back to his room. We don’t have an idea what he’s up to but we just waited for him to come down again. A few moments later, Dale went down carrying his laptop in his hand. He put it down on the table in the middle of us. “I have some notes here. Maybe it can help you.” He browsed on his laptop and showed us some PDFs stored on it. Dwight took a look at his monitor and was delighted by what he saw.

She places his backpack on his desk chair before grabbing the notebook he'd started taking notes on last night. She flips through the pages quickly before reaching the final page. She scans over what he'd written there before stopping at a particular section. It takes a moment for her to register what it is.

"I would have to see you pretty late, like after ten?" Kyle would be back by then, but I didn't care. "Sure," I said. "Just give me a call then." "Sounds good!" she said. "Got to run, I'll talk to you later. Bye!" "Bye." Well, that was disappointing. I rolled out of my bed and pulled out two textbooks. I had a lot of reading to do for those classes. It wasn't something I needed for the next day's class, but it was something to do. I sat at my desk so I would stay focused. I took notes as I went, which included a couple of questions I could ask in class. I managed to immerse myself in the subject matter—cellular biology and genetics for one course, brain physiology and neurological response f

5I started keeping a list in the Notes app on my phone. Sounds odd, I know. I didn’t start with the note because I was suspicious or anything. I just wanted to take note of the little oddities that stood out and lingered in the back of my mind long after Jake left my apartment.
