The Book Of Life Novels & Stories

Zoe stared at the book, her fingers hovering over its worn cover, tracing the cracks in the leather and the faint symbols etched into its spine. It felt… alive. Not in a way she could explain, but there was something ancient about it—something that pulsed beneath the surface, waiting to be uncovered. The Book of Life, her heart raced, every answer she had been searching for… could be inside.

I had spent my life thinking about everyone else, yet I had kept neglecting myself. So, I asked her, "Vivian, would you have any regrets if I died?" In truth, I didn't want to know the answer. No matter what the answers were, they no longer mattered to me. So, before she could speak, I calmly said, "I've set you all free the day I gave up Nancy. Now that I almost died, I want even less to do with you." Perhaps Vivian hadn't expected me to say that, so she was speechless for a long time. Only after a long while did she say, "You'd better mean that."

Of course, no names were written in the book—each world was represented only by a golden point of light. If my guess was correct, this was the one-of-a-kind travel grimoire known throughout the world as The Nine Realms Book of the Fire God. But why would Lan possess such a book? It was unbelievable. Suddenly, I recalled my conversation with Shia the night before. I had asked her whether someone as powerful as Lan could possibly be one of the Twelve Prime Gods.

I actually enjoyed it, even though I hadn't seen the dark lord or beelzebub yet; hell is lame. Or maybe he'll isn't a place with fire, demons and whatnots. Maybe hell is sort of like a timeout or something in a black unending hole, an abyss where you find yourself after death. Maybe the abyss is for you to remember yourself and reflect upon your past mistakes. Then when you've fully acknowledged your wrongdoings, you get rebirthed into a new life, in new form, as a child with a whole new identity and shit, what do you think?

The grand Empress sighed a heavy breath and closed off the book. It had been a complete day since she was engrossed into the book and had finished only one life. The book was entitled as “7 days and 7 lives” which meant that there were still 6 pending for her to come across. She was already baffled and emotionally unstable at the moment witnessing all the Chaos that Trinity had been through all her life which had been engraved on the muffled pages of that heavenly book.

And once you reach for it, you will identified as one of their leader. Every born child of Alpha's will have their own book. And this book will lead them to a quest. A quest will help them to level up. These Alpha's were created by Mother Tree, she was the most powerful of the underworlds. She can give more life to every creature in their land. But creating the Alpha's would be her greatest mistake because instead of protecting their land they were the one destroying it by killing each other just to be a leader. The four Alpha's can be recognized which group of clan they're belong by the color of their eyes.

So deep inside, waiting to be released. "You're here! You are Evolet Zephyrine! I felt it! I felt your power!" I knew she felt it too, by the way she looked at me. "Look!" The King said, pointing at the book. The purple light was there no more, but instead, five signs were now visible. I could recognise four of them. It was Air, Water, Fire and Earth. But what's the fifth one stand for? I open the book, only to see letters appearing on its empty pages. We will be able to read The Book of Life.

The particular book appears in front of him as HE gladly reads the title out loud. “Death Resurgence.” As the book opens and the series of the current events begin to flash and flood. HE giggles in HIS utmost amusement, as HE presented. “Well, well, well. Shall we learn the ropes of what lies within the Resurgence?” From the book that deliberately flips and presented the gist of the world that it brings, the words are written and said.

Otherwise, it’s a plain-looking book, all bound in pebbly black leather. The title was printed on the first page. See, this book was also handwritten, but a whole lot neater than the diary. All in English, too. Under the title, whoever had written the whole thing wrote an explanation of who Ah-Tzenul was. Apparently he was the Aztec nature and harvest god. Another name they had for him was “He Who Brings Life from the Earth.”

She has just left Physis' office after their conversation and she knows she can't do anything to the young man, because it will reflect on the book of life; which the Queen would know. The book of life, as the name suggested, is a collection of all life that has been born in this world; may it be a mystical being or a human, all of it are recorded there. It is also located in the farthest part of the royal family, one that only the Queen would know where to enter and exit. Parie did it once, disobeying the law of mature, and it is a good thing that she only got two years of probation from it. For Parie, those years are like a br
