He and I are so much alike. I reread my favorite books too; I've read Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte six times.

Edward Swift has not moved from where he had been sitting earlier and he still had the same book in his hands. After the tall man left the room I waited until Edward would put his book down and actually listen to what I have to say but he didn’t. This is—this is The Great Gatsby in 4K.” Alex walked beside her with the unbothered confidence of someone who had grown up in this world. Every head turned as he passed, whispers trailing behind him like ripples in water.
