DARKNESS IGNITES DESIRES

DARKNESS IGNITES DESIRES

The sound of the bird call is sharp and familiar, echoing in a never-ending manner. Like a fucking signal. Then at once, it strikes me. My vision paints a deathly red. Sydney is watching me from the side, having caught on to that knowing look on my face. I don’t let his words make their way to his mouth before I grab his laptop and toss it clean out of the window. “What the hell?” he yells, looking out the window as it crashes some distance away, and back at me. I slam down on the brakes. “Out.”

In The Arms Of Mr. Billionaire

In The Arms Of Mr. Billionaire

Brandon stood by the window, sipping orange juice, his gaze drifting to the street below. The sight of men parading outside his home, some posted by the apartment door, others stationed in a van across the street, unnerved him. He wasn't used to this level of surveillance, this constant reminder that his life had changed. Britney, sitting beside him, scrolling through her phone after a long day, seemed unfazed. She had already adapted, looking as if she’d been accustomed to this level of attention for a long time.

CEO And Mafia Husbands's Crazy Love

CEO And Mafia Husbands's Crazy Love

If people on the right want to enter the left, they have to go out of the door and return to the glass room for testing, thisefore, when Ling saw Uncle Winston with a face full of creditors' expressions and a wet coat and trousers, and a little water dripping from his hair, he knew that Jane Hilton must have beaten the boss again. The house is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows. The right side is completely transparent, and you can see clearly inside and outside, but the left side is unidirectional. That is to say, Winston Barrymore can see everything outside through the glass-security guards who patrol the past from time to time, maids who laugh in the garden from time to time, and the b

Tangled in His Web

Tangled in His Web

The city was quieter now, the evening traffic thinning into a low hum, but in a corner suite of another skyscraper hotel, silence didn’t mean peace. Sebastian Brooks stood by the window, the skyline stretching beneath him in a web of glass and steel. The reflection of the city lights flickered in his dark eyes, but he wasn’t looking at the beauty of London — he was calculating the moves of a game only he seemed to understand.

HIS LUNA

HIS LUNA

Jase answered the phone without looking at the name on his phone screen, turning 180 degrees to the left and starring straight at a girl who had just opened her bedroom window on the third level, then gave her a slight nod. "Sidney?" Jase asked the person across there. "From now on, you can keep an eye on Maxim!" At the opposite end, the girl smiled asymmetrically. [Do you think I'll get what I want, Mr. Stone?] "Of certainly," he says. After finishing the conversation, Jase follows Maxim into the house. Sidney closed her bedroom window once more when her neighbor had vanished. She turned around and walked over to the king-size bed in the center of the room, where she saw Seth fumbling with

Revenge Heart In Love

Revenge Heart In Love

Let him drive a nineteen fifty-five thunderbird, sleek black, and she would be a sucker for him. Her heart pounded from just remembering how great he had looked in that car. "Where did you go to?" Bradley asked as he snapped his fingers in front of her face gently. Sidney shook her head. "I'm right here." “Okay. I’ll be in my office,” he said just in time as Valerie entered. “Good morning, Mr. Humphrey,” Valerie said, smiling widely. “Good morning, Valerie” he replied and went out. Sidney went to the window and opened the blind.

The Billionaire's Secret Baby.

The Billionaire's Secret Baby.

**************************** Sophia Bennett’s Office — Manhattan, Upper Midtown The skyline stretched beyond the floor-to-ceiling windows of the 27th floor glass towers. Soft jazz murmured from hidden ceiling speakers, blending with the faint hum of city life below. The scent of white oud and cedarwood lingered in the air—her signature. A low, matte black bookshelf ran along the far wall, filled with business journals, first editions, and press kits bearing the Bennett Media Group insignia in clean gold foil. No family photos. No distractions. Just empire.

Claimed as the Wrong Bride

Claimed as the Wrong Bride

He took them, which required him to look down for exactly the two seconds it took to register what he was holding, and in those two seconds she crossed to the east wall window, the one that the gallery used for ventilation in warmer months and which was currently unlatched, and pushed it open with the specific calm efficiency of someone who had noted it forty minutes ago and had been keeping it filed under contingencies, and stepped through it. The Tripicity night came through the open window, immediate and alive and indifferent. Then she was gone. Bastien stood at the north wall with both sets of documents in his hand. The gold leaf on the roofline piece flickered in the current her exit ha

Punished by His Love

Punished by His Love

Countless members of the higher management came looking for Sebastian for the rest of the day, either to discuss contracts or the projects they were working on. However, they were all reminded of the small child the director had brought to the office earlier today upon seeing the sign outside the door. They were all intelligent individuals who knew instinctively that the mother shouldn't be far behind if the child were there. Sabrina finally regained consciousness when she was moved to sit beside the windows of the inner bedroom. They were on the 66th floor of the building, and without anything blocking the windows, she could see everything from afar, and so could the others if they decided

Excellent! I have been reading this book for months and I can’t put it down. I enjoy it and wish you would not make me wait so long to continue reading the next chapters. It is repetitive a lot but I can skip over to get to the important part. I will give you a 4.5 because of the repetitiveness.

Beyond A Substitute

Beyond A Substitute

“They’ll see who I tell them to see.” The next day, Beth Rowe stood at the tinted window of the private clinic, her designer heels clicking softly against the polished floor. Outside, Manhattan pulsed like a living organism—loud, relentless, chaotic. But here, within these sterile, whisper-quiet walls, order reigned. Control. Precision. Transformation.

I truly enjoyed this novel, the characters were realistic and genuine. The way you incorporated the characters story and the way you used the dialogue with the growth of each character through the recovery ...️‍🩹 was amazing. Would like to read more from you author!

Enjoying the book so far. I’m still new to the book. I feel that they both got what they needed in the beginning. He was hurting and found a safe place in Katherine. She lost herself in him. I can’t wait to see what happens next
