Theodore sighed watching the boy turn away before a thought struck him, “Abel, wait!”
Abel turned around, the sunlight from the windows making his eyes slowly water, “Yes, Professor?”
Theodore stilled when he saw Dorothy Hagglin approach him from behind Abel, “I- Well, it’s nothing. I’ll ask you at lunch.”
Abel nodded with a grimace before turning around and hurrying away.
The professor cleared his throat. He’d almost yelled about the Half-Myth that Abel had mentioned meeting the day before.
He had had almost no time the previous night or the present morning to broach the subject but desperately had to know who it was.
