I was shocked, and surprised, but still speechless. "Hello, I'm Luc Tay Duong, who is it?" the three words 'Luc Tay Duong' ran through my head again, am I listening wrongly, why have you locked the phone for so long? Why are you still picking up the phone? Why don't you remember my number? But why are you in Vietnam, haven't you already gone to America? Countless questions popped up, I was like a soulless person just silently looking at the phone, unable to react.

They are your family and they loves you , no matter if you remember them or not “. Vian nodded his head again . The doctor turn on the Tv and said looking at Vian. He said softly:" Your name is Vian Malhothra, you met with accident and because of this , you lost your memory. You don't have to take stress, I will introduce you to your family. And don't try to force your brain , let your memory came naturally". Vian nodded slowly

Here's to the ones that we got Cheers to the wish you were here but you're not 'Cause the drinks bring back all the memories Of everything we've been through His hands moved to the aux cord connecting his phone to his car to unplug but hesitated to discern the lyrics. Turning to park at his very own reserved spot, the engine gave a dying sound.

Months later, she heard that some of them were killed in action, while some were left disabled. Hera sympathized with them but soon accepted it as the reality of the kind of job they chose. It was when she had the chance to visit one of her comrades, Jasper Vicente at the VA. He was being treated for his injuries and was undergoing therapy for his PTSD. Hera could see that he was no longer the same person she used to share stories with. Jasper Vicente would be startled at every sudden loud noise and his eyes would follow the person intently, as if constantly gauging whether the person meant harm to him or not.

I'm so proud to be his friend. As for me, I was just wearing black jeans, a dark blue shirt and a leather jacket. "So, are you ready?" I asked him while helping him put on his jacket. Damien smiled. "Well, I'm a little bit nervous, but I'm ready," "Make him melt for you," I smirked after winking to my friend. Lucas “PTA?” I asked confusingly. "Post Traumatic Amnesia. Your brain was also badly injured during that accident, thing that made you in a state of confusion and unable to remember events that occur before injury." The doctor explained.

Voiceovers describing the effects as “temporary inhibition of core identity function.” One clip showed a young woman screaming, her voice breaking as she begged to remember her own name. The file was dated only four months prior. Sophia watched in silence, fists clenched. The faces haunted her—lost, confused, unaware they were part of a war they never enlisted in. By the end of the week, world governments were issuing denials. Investigations were announced. Protestors flooded capital cities. Social media erupted with the hashtag: #IAmNotAnAsset --- In Vermont, Sophia sat with Katherine curled in her lap. They watched the snow fall together, her daughter tracing shapes in the condensation on

The fitful hours sucked. “Are you still having nightmares?” “Yeah.” He turned his back on her, not eager to continue this conversational thread. He’d been around other soldiers enough to know the symptoms of PTSD. He was a month out from his captivity. If the anxiety and bad dreams didn’t ease soon, that therapist his bosses at EM Security Management had forced him to start videoconferencing with would put a label on him that might persuade everyone to bar him from action. One-Mile wasn’t having that shit.

Rhalia fired off, followed by a slew of red flags and eggplant emojis. "I don't know how you did it, but girl... It's been what? Almost a year?? And you still don't feel the urge to jump that absolute Adonis??" Liora added with her signature dramatic flair. I felt heat rush up my neck as I fumbled with my phone, frantically typing, "Oh my God, guys-", but before I could send it, Maelis delivered the kill shot. It was a meme of dogs humping in full force, with the caption: "Don't be shy, sweetheart. If you need tips, I can help. 😈💅"

Mentions, messages, tags. My stomach tightened as I opened one. It was a meme caricature of my old picture. There was a poop emoji on top of my head, my brown eyes were replaced with a red laser, and a boldly written text on the picture said ‘SLUT’. I groaned and locked my phone immediately. But it was too late. I’d already seen it. Another buzz. Then another. Curiosity got the better of me again. I saw a particular message from a private page in my DM.
