She barely glanced at them before her legs gave out, and she collapsed to the floor. Dad rushed to support her, and his own hands trembled as he held the photos. Mom broke down completely, clutching the officer's arm and shaking it desperately. "Why? How could this happen? How could she have had an accident?"
