I expected him to call security or show us the door, but instead, he whispered, “Well, you're not the first feral werewolf I've met.”
Tania's face lit up with a smile, seemingly calmed by the doctor's statement.
I, on the other hand, raised an eyebrow, sceptical.
“I don't believe you. Everyone fears feral werewolves. They'd rather kill them with their bare hands than let them walk freely among other pack members.”
I doubted the doctor's claim, wondering if he was even a real doctor.
But I bit back my scepticism, considering the effort Tania put into finding him.
