Novel & Cerita What The Hex

Then I hear it. “Holy shit! You actually came back!” Hex’s voice cuts across the lot before she appears, a flash of black hair and boots moving fast. She doesn’t slow down. She barrels straight into me and throws her arms around my shoulders like we’ve known each other forever. Before I can say a word, Knox releases me with a crooked grin. “You’re being stolen.” “Damn right she is,” Hex says, dragging me toward the clubhouse doors. “I got plans for her tonight.”

Luke said. "I can get used to this" Devon said, grinning. "Thanks for bringing back Flora" Luke said as the Nightingale flew up to his shoulder and perched there. "You're welcome, Luke" "By the way, there's something you need to know, Theo" Luke said to me. "What is it?" I asked. “Who sent you?” Silence. Then a gurgled voice answered, thick with pain. “We were given your coordinates by a contract…paid well to breach your perimeter.” “Who?” “I…I don't know names. Just codes.” I was about to leave but paused when I heard his whisper. “Project Hex. That's what she's tagged under.” My blood turned to ice. Hex was indeed one of my Aliases I found on the dark web. “She?” Leo asked carefully. He didn't know yet.
