What The Hex Novels & Stories

Alex asked. "Well, Isaac is neither in Italy, nor in London," Emma said, "Since he's been targeting Nik over here, and based on what that man inside said after I cut out his ear, Isacc is here in the US," She looked at me, "And he is making a tour around the HEX." "The...what?" Alex asked, confused. "The HEX, it's what they call the place where I was trained," Emma mumbled, "It's where we all get trained, more often forced into it, proof: me."

Brunes asked. The old man looked between the three of them from a tiny slit in the door, shaking his head. “We are still undertaking a hex removal on the werewolf.” He replied solemnly. An arduous task, removing a hex required a great amount of skill and patience. Hexes could consist of multiple layers and contain as many as eight different conditions for each one applied. Similar to door with many locks, the number of hexes placed on any given person or object could be limitless. Provided, the caster had enough power to create them and that none of the subsequent conditions contradicted those placed before it. An ingenious method, the only notable shortfall it offered was that its intricacy

Some called out his name as if they knew him well—or perhaps they really did know him, without my knowing it. Jeremiah cleared his throat, looking at each person in the room one by one. “Don’t you believe what I’m saying?” he asked in his deep, distinctive bass voice. “I can assure you that her unique eye color is a blessing from the Moon Goddess. She—along with her three mates—is the Winter Hexagon, who is believed to be the one who will lead the way for us.” I stared at Jeremiah in disbelief, but he, Kyle, and Ben seemed to know more than I did.

I’ve kept it carefully sealed, everything about her is still on it. Hex inhaled deeply, drawing in the lingering fragrance. It was more than just a scent, it was a flood of memories, a connection to the woman who was their other half. A low growl rumbled in his chest, a mixture of longing and possessiveness. ‘Goddess, ‘ Hex murmured, his voice thick with emotion. ‘t’s her. It’s really her. ‘ With renewed purpose, Hex took control, shifting fully into his wolf form. Wit a fluid move that belied his size, leaping across the room and onto the fire escape. He followed Joanna’s scent, his powerful nose guiding him through the maze of hallways and corridors.

he implied to be trying to say something more than what he did, but The Hex only grinned and walked around him to Rori’s side. Rori turned her body to meet The Hex. She was quite a bit taller, so she had to lean down in front of her on one knee to be face to face with Rori. The Hex’s skin was just as obsidian as her wings and she looked like she was glistening with the way the light would bend and twist over her. The Hex’s hair was such a magnificent white silver Rori noticed it showed more like fine fiber optic wire than strands of hair, and her eyes were a luminous yellow with a deep glow behind them. Rori was in absolute awe. From far away she was a terrifying creature but from up close

“You think you can win this? Impossible. Even scattered and in hiding we are three steps ahead of you. Surrender now and I can give some of you a quick death right here.” I repeated Vee’s question. “Where is Vexx?” He shrugged. “Somewhere out there, safe and untouchable. But it’s not him you should be focusing on. You’d do better to look in on your own people. On your allies.” Xavier and I exchanged a worried glance. “What do you mean?” he asked. A cruel grin twisted Hexfort’s mouth. “You didn’t really think we’d let the massacre of Eclipse go unpunished… Ah, well, none of them expected us to seek vengeance either. It was almost too easy.”

Hades didn't know what else to do. As they approached Lexi, Hades put a paw on the net and broke the hex easily. "Remind me to never be on the other side of any of your battles. I'd be screwed facing you with a hexed deck." Jinx observed. "True, but you'll be almost unstoppable against those who don't know how to work around strong hex magick, so there's that. You were insane out there." Hades crouched down to talk to Lexi. "Is it okay if we get you out of here now, pain in the ass?"

"Hey, are you here?' He asked when he noticed the silence. He tried to turn on his flashlight when he saw him. He screwed up when he saw a creature with horns and thorns. His eyes were red and he had wings, Hex had never seen anything like that in all his life. He had been alive for twenty four years and he hadn't been verified. He screamed and tried to run outside. The door had lost its hinges. Hex screamed at the top of his lungs and banged on each door. He had no one to help him, no one heard his voice. Wesley giggled as he stood. Hex was scared to death. He didn't even plead. He felt his blood pumping hard and without pause. He had all the strength in the world. He knew he couldn't fight

She asked Wren. “Each of you is going to have a drink from the cups and keep the mixture in your mouth. You are going to stay for about five seconds then you will spit it out. Whoever has the hex is going to have his mixture coloured red when he is discarding it. So we may start now.” She explained to them.

Steven said as he remembered a now dead Thogg's blood which had already clotted on the living room floor. "Roger that boss" Cage stamped his fisted right palm on the left part of his chest. The remaining part of the gang bowed their heads as The Big Four walked out of the room. What just happened to Thogg was part of the X-habit game. Play by the rules or get punished in return. Commit a sin and get ready to pay a sacrifice. That was X-habit.
