HIDDEN EDGES
He takes his napkin and spreads it on his thighs, then serves himself some mashed potatoes, bacon and vegetable salad and starts to eat in silence, ignoring me completely.
"Sean?" I say quietly, but he doesn't respond.
"Sean." I call out to him louder than before, but he still doesn't respond.
"You're acting like a freaking child right now," I say, my hurt slowly turning to anger. He pauses his chewing as if to say something but decides against it and continues to eat in silence.
"So that's your plan, huh?" I ask at the brim of tears, "Your amazing plan is to ignore me, your wife, for the rest of your life?!"
