From this angle, I had a perfect view of the foyer, the kitchen island, and the main hallway leading to the bedrooms.
In my left hand, I held my tablet. The screen was dimmed to the lowest setting.
"Feed four is lagging," I said quietly into the phone pressed to my ear.
"Checking now, sir," Graham’s voice came back, efficient and tinny. "It might be the bandwidth. The fiber optic upgrade is scheduled for Tuesday."
"Tuesday isn't good enough," I muttered, tapping the screen.
