Kailo shifts quickly, his clothes ripping, and his body increasing in size. In seconds, Kailo becomes a large orange-red dragon, with a muscular form and short, powerful wings. “He’s not a Fury,” I mutter in realization. One of the guards nods. “Lyza and her uncle are the only Fury dragons that anyone knows of.” I hear a cry and see Lyza on her hands and knees. Her face is twisted in pain as her bones move and rearrange themselves. Her skin slowly becomes black and scaled, and her limbs bend into clawed feet.

I raise my shoulders at her. "You met him already? Who is it? Wait, I don't understand. That asshole cheated on you?" Jodie went from happy to murder in five seconds. "Jeez, relax. I guess, I did meet him. I have no idea who it is. My mother says that my dragon will tell me. She just hasn't spoken to me yet." I place my hands on her shoulders and pushed her out the door. "It kind of makes sense why your dragon hasn't spoken to you. We get our dragons young, so they learn and grow with us. At this stage, your dragon is still a baby. I think she still has to learn to talk I guess." I look at her in utter disbelief.

And inside the clouds, violet lightning flashed with rhythmic, intelligent precision. "Magic," Kren hissed. "Battle stations! Shield generators to maximum! It's the fugitives!" The fleet mobilized. Turrets rotated. Shields hummed to life, creating shimmering blue domes over the ships. "Target the center of the storm!" Kren ordered. "Fire at will!" Green plasma bolts tore into the clouds. But the storm fought back. Bolts of violet lightning—Dragon fire guided by Zephyr’s wind—slammed into the ocean, boiling the water and creating a wall of steam that blinded the targeting sensors.

I couldn’t say that I blamed him, it was hard to bow to someone like her. I’d heard rumors that Marcus Blackwell and his half dragon mate had been the one to take down the old dragon. I didn’t know if that was true, but it would make it hard for any of us to accept the newest Elder. I myself didn’t want to submit to her either, but I was willing to do it if I were the head of our thrall just to make sure that my people were safe.

I sat down on the chair facing the sofa and I let my eyes return to normal. “The moment the King lays eyes on Abigail he’ll want her to bond with Prince Nicu. The strongest dragon in existence is the gray dragon. The silver white dragon is next in line, then comes the violet dragon and so on. Royal Dragons have always been what is known as Russian Violet, the darkest shade. We all know the darker the shade the stronger the dragon.” “A woman born of a man with a strong dragon is desirable but the bond has always been respected.” If we were normal people Sorin would’ve been right, but we weren’t.

"I'm sorry for your loss. It sounds like you really miss him." "Dreadfully. My Raiden. My soul. My mate." I had heard Thane say that once before. "Mate?" She blew out a heavy breath. "Life partner. Chosen by our dragon counterpart. Dragons are sterile before they choose their mate." "How is mating different than sex?" The words fell out of my stupid mouth before I could stop them. "Nevermind." My face was red hot, and nothing slipped by Katarina's intense gaze. She arched an elegant brow. "What are your motives with my son, Evelyn?"

How the hell did that happen? Having no time to process these sudden unexpected mind link powers, I ran and jumped as high as I could muster, at the nearest tree. Clinging onto a branch with all my strength I managed to climb up on it before the rogue beneath me attempted to pull me down. Seconds later the rogue was shot dead by someone in the bushes opposite. I screamed in panic but then out jumped Ben and Daniel in their wolf forms along with a few of the warriors. Ben's wolf was beautiful, thick black fur and and he was extremely strong. Taking down the remaining rogues easily in a matter of seconds. We were finally safe but Ben was furious to say the least. They quickly changed back to

The bare-branched trees won’t serve as a proper cover for anything and then I look up in the sky… My breath hitches when I see the white dragon, An arctic dragon, ethereal and lithe as it flies not too high up. Its shadow covers me momentarily. I stand there mesmerised as I watch it fly for some time with a strangely thudding heart. The afternoon rays of the sun reflect on its snowy white form, making the greyish-white wings look veiny and almost translucent and making it look more majestic. An arctic dragon is as rare as a basilisk. I feel my heart lodge in my throat when the beast slightly tilts its head, its beady black eyes meet mine. Its gaze narrows slightly before it veers and begins

His partner was also having trouble fighting with the dragon that suddenly appeared two seconds ago. ‘Who the fuck is his opponent?’ They’d never seen this black dragon. For a dragon, black was an authority color. Their current leader was yellowish color which represented his gold attribute. Roar! Growl! The roar of the lion and the growl of the hyena echoed as both of them rushed toward their sole target. The sand dragon also lunged toward them confidently. The children watching and sensing the ground trembling every time they took a step forward instinctively pictured a powerful collision as they brazed themselves.

Therefore... Only when Zephyr merged his spirit energy with his supernatural powers can he be considered his real killing move! At this very moment... As soon as the soul fused divine ability was activated, a black vortex of power appeared above the black hole. The black vortex of power was so terrifying that it seemed capable of devouring the surrounding black holes. Frightening! It was too terrifying! At that moment!
