Lihat lebih banyakMy name is Elora and I reside at the Blue Mountain Packhouse. I have a slim figure, long curly blonde hair which I usually wear up in a bun so it is out of my face. My eyes are a deep blue which I love. I am not a normal girl though. You see I am a shewolf, my rank at the packhouse is an omega. I don’t know my parents because they passed away when I was just a tiny baby, so I don’t have any memories of them. The only thing I have is a necklace locket from my mother. I have never taken it off because it makes me feel close to her spirit. After having completed all my chores, it was time for a shower and bed. I would have to be up at four am along with the other omegas, to begin breakfast for the pack members. We weren’t treated to badly here at Blue Mountain Pack, but our Alpha Isaac was extremely strict. We had to follow all rules without any exceptions. Most of the omegas were allowed to train and shift along with the higher pack members but Alpha Issac did not allow me that luxury. He never gave me a reason for this and I did not dare to question him. Of course I wondered why I couldn’t join but on the very few occasions that I had been permitted to shift into my wolf, Alpha Issac had become very uncomfortable and banned me from showing my wolf to anyone. The urge to shift and wander into the night was becoming unbearable and I knew it would be a huge risk if caught, but I couldn’t deny the urge was becoming stronger every night. Tonight was different, I knew deep down that I should not have left the pack house on my own, but something was calling me to the forest. I needed to find out what it was. Before I could stop myself, I was standing in the middle of a clearing. I knew I was still on my territory but something felt very offish. I got a horrible feeling run up and down my spine. Alpha Isaac was going to go crazy when he found out I had up and left. He made his rules very clear and anyone found to be disobeying them would be punished appropriately. But the last few days had felt awfully strange, like something was calling out to me. My wolf wanted to run off into the woods and find out for certain. It wasn't like I could just up and go especially after I had been protected and kept watch of my entire life. However, I wouldn't be long, just long enough to find out what was leading me to the forest. If I were lucky and back in time then perhaps Alpha Issac and the rest of the packhouse would never know I had even left. I kept running as fast as I could, not wanting to look over my shoulder or stop in case anyone was going to come after me, or worse those filthy rogues. "STOP!" boomed an unfamiliar but very angry tone somewhere to my left. Coming to a halt, I instantly froze to the spot. Tears were threatening to flood as I held my breath. Hoping that whoever was there would not hurt me in any way. "Where are you going?" someone stepped forward from the bushes and violently grabbed a huge chunk of my long curly hair. Forcing me on my knees, he threw me down to the ground so my face fell into a puddle of leaves and sticks and goodness knows what else. "I.. I'm sorry ..!" was all I managed to stutter. Pulling me up by my arm I shrieked out loudly in pain. The man then swung his arm up as if about to slap me, then he stopped and just stared at my neck. "Where did you get that from?" he growled. Instantly I felt for my locket and swallowed nervously. "It's from my mother." The man scoffed and pushed me against the tree by the scruff of the neck. "You are lying." "No. I promise..!" We were interrupted by a loud growling from behind. I moved my eyes to the direction it came from and gasped. The strong stench of Coffee and walnut whirls overwhelmed me and I knew it was him straight away. My mate. " Alpha Ben, this rogue was caught here in your territory. What shall I do with her?" “What do you think you are doing! Get your hands off her!” I watched in awe as he grabbed the man and threw him across the clearing straight into a tree. Knocking him straight out. "MINE!" I heard his voice boom. "Mate!" I whispered as my mouth fell open in shock. His eyes were deep blue colour while his muscular body screamed out authority. I wanted to go to him at once but something stopped me. "What are you doing out here all alone. You should be protected. It is a dam good thing I found you before you fell into some real danger." He exclaimed reaching out to me. Taking a deep breath I opened my mouth to speak when I felt a strange stinging sensation in my left shoulder. "Wait.. what was that? What have you done to me?" I was scared and unable to move from the spot. My legs instantly collapsed causing me to end up in a heap on the forest ground. "No!" I heard someone scream but then everything around me went dark.
As they stepped into the cool, damp air of the night, the rain had transformed into a light drizzle, misting the surroundings in a haze. The world outside felt lush and alive, yet ominous with an undercurrent of uncertainty. George led the way, Elora and Maya close behind, each step bringing them closer to a sanctuary that felt both like a refuge and a line crossed. "Stay close," George advised, casting a watchful glance over his shoulder. "We don't know who might be watching."Elora nodded, clutching the strap of her backpack tightly. The weight of her belongings felt significant, but it was nothing compared to the emotional burden she carried. With each step, she fought to push back the creeping doubts and fears about what lay ahead.Maya, sensing Elora’s unease, took her hand in a reassuring grip. "You’re going to be okay," she whispered, her voice a soft murmur beneath the steady rhythm of the raindrops. "Remember, you're with us now."Elora squeezed her hand in return, grateful
The air hung thick with unspoken truths and unspoken words. Elora's eyes, still redrimmed, darted between George and Maya, flickering between emotions."What do you mean, what happens now?" she asked, her voice barely audible. Her voice wavered as her question trailed off. She looked at George and Maya, a hint of uncertainty, fear, and hope in her eyes.Maya's response was firm and reassuring. "Now, we secure your safety, Elora. You will be safe here. We'll protect you. We're a pack, and we take care of our own. We’ll take care of you. We stay together, always.""I appreciate it, both of you," Elora said. "It's just a lot to take in," she added quietly. "A lifetime of pretending…knowing you existed and being afraid of the implications. Now, finding out that my father is the cause of this all?" She paused and swallowed hard. "Who I thought was the cause?" she asks."He's the one that caused all this. He's the one who made the choices that brought you here. But it's not your fault," Geo
Elora's eyes widened, flicking from me to Maya, confusion and disbelief etched on her face. "Your...sister?" she echoed faintly, her voice laced with a mixture of emotions that mirrored the turmoil swirling within me.I nodded, taking a deep breath as I steadied myself for the storm of questions and emotions that was bound to follow. "Yes, Elora. My father...our father," I corrected myself, the words tasting bitter on my tongue, "has made choices that hurt many, including you and our mother. But I want you to know, none of that is your fault. You are as much a part of this pack, this family, as I am."Maya gripped my hand tightly, a silent show of support. She had always been my rock, her strength unwavering even in the midst of chaos. "We're going to look after you, Elora," she said, her voice firm despite the tremble that had lingered moments before. "You're safe here, with us."Elora looked between us, her eyes glimmering with unshed tears as the gravity of the revelation began to
As I stormed out of the room, my anger and frustration were boiling over. How could my son, my own flesh and blood, dare to challenge me like that? And Elora, she was a constant reminder of my infidelity, a mistake I couldn't overlook. The thought of her being in my pack, in my territory, made my blood boil.I needed to clear my head, to let go of all the pent-up rage and disappointment. I sprinted through the woods, my paws pounding against the forest floor. The wind rushed through my fur, cooling the fire burning inside me. My wolf howled in exhilaration, relishing the freedom of the run. But, even in the midst of the adrenaline-fueled sprint, I couldn't escape the consequences of my actions. Images of Elora's tear-stained face flashed before my eyes, and guilt started to creep in. How could I be so heartless to her? She was innocent, a victim of my mistakes. The weight of my responsibilities as an alpha felt heavy on my shoulders. As I slowed down, the anger began to dissipate, repl
“Is everything ok, Alpha?” My Beta knocked on my door and poked his head around to check on me. I was sitting up in bed with a splitting headache. I had drunk way to much this time and now my son knew that that stupid slut Elora was his sister. This was a nightmare for me. How could I have opened my mouth in the worst possible way? I was certain that he would not tell his mother of my unfaithfulness to her and the secret daughter that had been hidden away from her all of these years. “I will be, keep an eye on that slutty omega Elora. She is nothing but trouble that one.” I told him to which he looked slightly surprised but did not challenge my request. Being alpha meant what I said went. I was the leader of the pack. He closed the door behind him and my luna came stomping into the room with a look of thunder on her tired face. She still had it, even after these years and has given birth. Her body was to die for. My wolf still went crazy insane when she was near. Even though I
I wanted to kill him. How could she be my sister? How could my father cheat on my beautiful mother like she were a worthless hoare? He was lucky I did not kill him there and then. Elora did not deserve to be treated this way all because my father saw her as his dirty little secret. I could not bare to see him hurt my mother or my sister. It felt strange to think I had a sister. Elora. Maya would be crazy when I told her about this. My father did not seem to care one little bit about Elora. He had tried to end her life to keep her quiet over something that was not her fault. It made me question everything my father had ever told me over the years. He wasn’t the man I had looked up to growing up. I was certain I would never be such a selfish alpha when I finally took over the reins. I was determined that my pack would be treated fairly no matter their rank status. My father was so drunk he could barely get up. I ordered some of the warriors to take him inside and put him to bed wh
