A few minutes after Rosaline hung up the phone, she woke up disoriented.
She immediately remembered the events from the night before while drinking water, which made her smile.
She habitually checked her phone only to find William’s text which made her smile wider.
Making a mental note to control her expressions, she freshened up and got ready.
She opted for a white t-shirt, jeans, loose hair, and no make-up.
When William arrived at their place, he was surprised to see her awake and dressed.
He exclaimed, “You did wake up!”
Rosaline rolled her eyes.
William exaggeratedly sighed.
“I was hoping to see your half-wake drowsy face. What a pity!”
“Hahahaha” This made Rosaline laugh out loud, which had him spellbound as always.
He snapped to reality and gave himself a mental thumbs-up for being able to control himself.
“Here, take this!” He handed her a basket with fresh coconut water.
“Why do you always bring this?”
“This is good for health, helps with hang-over, and freshens up a lot.
