William smiled at how quickly Rosaline caught him.

He jokingly said.

“It’s hard to fool you.”

“Why doesn’t it sound like a compliment?”

“It’s not. I’d love to fool you once in a while.”

“Boring!” She rolled her eyes.

“I have a rough plan for what I’d like to develop in the next 3-7 years. For that, I need an interior designer.”

“So?”

“I like your work. From a company perspective, I have never thought about having an in-house designer so far. When we start the development work, we’ll need to partner with an interior design firm, preferably someone with notable works and some experience. I was hoping you could be that person.”

“Huh! Do you think I fit the criteria?”

“Yes!”

“Aren’t you a little too confident? I mean, you have not seen any of my work. And I just graduated.”

“That’s not true. I have seen a lot of your designs.”

“I don’t think the designs for your house count.”

“I beg to differ. Besides, that’s not the only thing I have seen.”

“What do you mean?” she asked with a frown.
